The event also held the third cultural context award ceremony, and awarded the "context award" to Zhu Maonan, chairman of the Zhuzi Cultural Exchange Promotion Association across the Taiwan Strait. Zhu Maonan, the 30th descendant of Zhu Xi, could not come to the scene due to the epidemic, and his representative said in his speech that Zhu Maonan has been committed to promoting Zhuzi culture into the lives of ordinary people for 20 years, so that culture can be "seen, heard and touched".

This reporter learned from Zhu Xi's 26th-generation descendant, Sun Zhuqing, that people from all walks of life on both sides of the strait have been carrying out the activity of "walking the Zhuzi Road together" in Fujian for more than ten years, showing the appeal of traditional culture and the vitality of spanning time and space. "Zhu Zi himself is a figure who has inherited the past, and his culture is also open-ended. We will continue to increase our efforts to innovatively develop Zhuzi culture.
