Water golden turtle
(1) The origin of the name "Water Golden Turtle". "Water Golden Turtle" belongs to the semi-fermented green tea category and is one of the four famous bushes of Wuyi Rock Tea. The origin is located in Wuyishan City, Fujian Province, on the mountainside of Gezhai Peak in Niulan Keng. Because the tea plant is low, the branches are dense, the color is dark green, and the leaves are shining in the sun, shining and dazzling. Because the tea tree is shaped like a turtle's back, it is called "water golden turtle".
(2) "Water Golden Turtle" became famous because of a lawsuit. The "Water Golden Turtle" was famous in the late Qing Dynasty. In the 1920s of the Republic of China, the "Water Golden Turtle" tea plant originally grew in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province, halfway up the mountainside of Gezhai Peak in Niulan Pit, and the property rights belonged to the "Tianxin Temple". Due to a sudden heavy rain, it was washed to the bottom of the mountain to the bullpen pit, when the bullpen pit belonged to "Lan Gu Yan", the two sides disputed over the property rights issue, only to sue to the court. Later, the court ruled that the incident was not committed by human beings, but by natural forces, and was judged to be owned by the latter "Langu Rock". In order to fight this lawsuit, the tea owners have exhausted thousands of dollars for each other. Since then, the "Water Golden Turtle" Oolong Tea has gained great fame and has been listed as one of the four famous bushes, and it is worth a lot.
(iii) About the arrival of the "Turtle Of Prey". Legend has it that in the late Qing Dynasty, on the day of the sting, the rain passed and the sky was clear, a monk from the "Leishi Temple" in the Wuyi Mountains came out to patrol the mountain, and when he looked around the familiar surroundings, he was suddenly attracted by a dazzling scenery in the distance, and there was a cluster of plants on the rocks of the mid-mountain in the distance, and the turquoise lush golden light shimmered, like a large golden turtle, lying on the side of the rock wall stream drinking water. He hurried forward to see what he was saying. It turned out to be a tea tree that had been washed down from the mountain by the torrential rain a few days ago. Only to see this tea tree, near it looks like a turtle on the back of the Road stripes, from a distance to see the lush, dense foliage, sparkling in the sun, alive a large golden turtle. The more the monk looked at it, the more he liked it, and he quickly returned to the temple to report to the abbot. After the old abbot heard this, if he had obtained the most precious treasure, he said, "The Jade Emperor has sent us golden branches and jade leaves, and we must be kind." Since then, people have been sent to take turns to guard every day. This "divine turtle" thought to himself, only from heaven to earth has received such a courtesy, must be a good reward. Since then, the "God Turtle" tea plant has grown longer and more prosperous, and it has not faded year by year.

(iv) Plant characteristics of the "Water Golden Turtle" tea plant. "Water golden turtle", a clone of the asexual line, shrub-type mesophyllate, late species. The plant is low, the branches are semi-open in the shape of an umbrella, the branches are dense, the leaves are oblong-oval, the leaf color is thick green and glossy, the leaf surface is slightly raised, the leaf margin is microwaved, the leaf tip is progressively pointed, or it is suddenly pointed, and the leaf texture is thick and brittle. Water temperature: Use boiling water of about 90 degrees To brew. Warm and smell the fragrance: first inject boiling water until it covers the surface of the tea leaves, leave it for a while to smell the tea aroma, and then brew the same as "Gongfu Tea". Brewing: The first brew is about 45 seconds to produce the soup, and then each brew is extended for about 20 seconds. ❸pot brewing method. Utensils: porcelain pot, purple sand pot, glass pot. Amount of tea: about 7g to 10g of tea. Water temperature: Brew with boiling water of about 90 degrees. Warm lather: Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let stand for a while. Brewing: Add 100 degrees of boiling water to the pot for seven minutes, cover and soak, after 45 to 60 seconds, drink the soup. ❹ Large pot method. Spare equipment: belly porcelain pot, purple sand pot, glass pot. Amount of tea: about 10g to 15g of tea. Water temperature: brew with 90 ~ 100 degrees of boiling water. Brewing: Directly inject water to brew and drink. After drinking, refill the water, soak for about 1 minute and drink. Continuous brewing is possible until the end.
