As the army with the strongest comprehensive military strength in the world today, the US military gives people the impression that it is "untouchable." In the more than 200 years since its founding, the United States has only been at war for 16 years. However, most of the opponents chosen by the United States are weak countries, and the US military has fallen into the trap of "public security war" since the beginning of the Gulf War. Observers believe that although Iran is similar to the countries that the United States has defeated in the past, the reason why the United States chooses to tolerate it is because Iran has conditions that other countries do not have.
First, Iran has the direct support of Russia and the "indirect support" of China. Russia's help to Iran is reflected militarily, as can be seen in the joint operations between Russia and Iran in the Syrian war. Many people think that the relationship between Syria and Iran is "cold", so Iran will help the Syrian government to fight the rebels at any cost, and Russia needs Syria, the "Middle East foothold", to choose to participate in the war. In fact, this is only one-sided, the actual relationship between Syria, Iran and Russia is three countries who can not do without whom, if Iran and the US military in a full-scale war, Russia will most likely choose armed intervention, even if there is no direct conflict with the US military, will also set up a ceasefire line, to protect the Iranian government and then start negotiations to force the US military to withdraw.
As for the help provided by China here, it is more economic support and material assistance. While the United States is sanctioning Iran's natural resources, China has risked a joint blockade by the United States to continuously import oil from Iran to stabilize the situation in Iran. China also knows that Iran is different from Russia, which relies on its influence and abundant natural energy to survive U.S. sanctions, while Iran cannot. Iran itself does not have developed manufacturing and industry, and the main product of export is energy. Once energy cannot be exported, the structure of domestic society collapses, and it will be even more difficult to deal with U.S. provocations. For this reason, China has not stopped helping Iran. It can be said that Iran can survive to this day, and it is completely china's support behind it.
Second, Iran itself knows how to use the external environment to maneuver with the United States. Although Iran itself does not have a good external environment, it is supported by China and Russia. Russia's huge nuclear power and China's strong capital chain and consumer market are Iran's most adequate guarantee. No matter how strong the U.S. military is, it cannot match Russia's in the nuclear field, let alone defeat China in terms of conventional military strength. China and Russia have also continued to strive for more dialogue windows and space for Iran in the international community, so that other countries can join the ranks of opposing sanctions against Iran. At the Six-Party Talks, the United States became the target of the withdrawal from the agreement, making European countries generally question the initial motives of the United States, and if European countries were allowed to share part of the military expenditure for US military operations like the Gulf War, it is estimated that the possibility will be much lower.
Finally, and most importantly, the United States is nothing remarkable, and the cost of war will be borne by it. Missiles and bullets hit, it will also have huge losses. With the current national strength and internal difficulties of the United States, not to mention the outbreak of "hot conflicts" with China and Russia, even if conflicts with countries like Iran, the possibility will be much smaller. It also needs to be made clear that if the United States and the US military cannot seize the opportunity to overshadow Iran in the limelight this time, China and Russia may take Syria, Iran and Afghanistan as the "starting point" to draw Middle Eastern countries out of the US camp one by one. Facts have proved that the civilians in the Middle East countries have long been impatient with the "plague god" of the United States.
