Throughout history, the Republic of China is not only an era of warlords and warlords, but also an era of talents, and it can even be said that the Republic of China has the same cultural context as the Spring and Autumn Warring States and the Wei and Jin Dynasties, which can be called the brilliant light in the history of Chinese culture. During this period, the traditional culture of the Chinese nation was elevated to the important position of "Sinology" by the world, and the era of a hundred flowers naturally had countless masters of Sinology, and Ji Xianlin was one of them.
As we all know, Ji Xianlin is a famous writer, scholar, historian, Buddhist scholar, and educator in China. As an internationally renowned master of Orientalism, he not only has great influence in China, but also has a profound influence abroad. Proficient in 12 languages such as English, French, German, Pali, Sanskrit, and Huoluo, Ji Xianlin is a famous linguist in the world, whose research field is rich and his achievements are remarkable, which can be called illuminating an era. In fact, he is not only a far-reaching master of traditional Chinese studies, but also an ordinary old man who is keen on health care, living to the age of 98 in his later years, and creating a set of "three noes" health care techniques.

Ji Xianlin was born in 1911 to a peasant family in Qingping County, Shandong Province. At the age of 6, he entered a private school to study and learn enlightenment books such as "Hundred Family Names" and "Thousand Character Text". At the age of 10, he began to formally contact English in the primary school attached to the First Normal School of Shandong Province, which was not the main curriculum of the school at that time, but the little Ji Xianlin had an extraordinary interest in it. Soon after, Ji Xianlin was admitted to Zhengyi Middle School with excellent results and began to formally learn English. After a while, Ji Xianlin transferred to the high school attached to Shandong University to learn German, and was admitted to the Department of Western Literature of Tsinghua University with excellent results.

Birth, old age, illness and death are the natural cycle of human development, and Ji Xianlin cannot avoid suffering from many common diseases of the elderly when he is old, such as cataracts, coronary heart disease, asthma and so on. What is different is that even if he is plagued by diseases, Ji Xianlin still lived to the age of 98, why is this? This should start from the health care method of the "three noes" health care technique created by it. The so-called "three noes", that is, no exercise, no picky eating, no muttering.

First, don't exercise. Ji Xianlin's statement of not exercising does not mean that he will never exercise, but that he does not do strenuous exercise and only does some exercises that are relatively suitable for the elderly. In addition, Ji Xianlin attaches great importance to the exercise of the brain, he believes that no matter how much physical exercise is useless, only by regularly paying attention to brain exercise, can we always maintain agile thinking, in order to drive the normal operation of body functions. Second, don't be picky. Because the elderly have a bad stomach, it is necessary to avoid some foods. Ji Xianlin believes that nutritional intake should be balanced and comprehensive, so that the body will keep up with the rhythm of age. Third, don't mutter. The so-called non-muttering is not to dwell on those unpleasant and unthinkable things, to know how to let go, not to indulge in the past.

In addition to the "three noes" health care technique, Ji Xianlin also has "two good", that is, good books and good cats. Ji Xianlin enjoyed reading all his life, and until his old age, he still loved to read very much, and his home was full of various books. After the death of his family, Ji Xianlin liked to keep cats, and cats became the spiritual comfort and sustenance of the elderly.
"Health care is not a technique", Ji Xianlin's health care method is actually nothing special, I believe that everyone can do it as long as they insist. In fact, in these health care, the most important thing is to maintain the mentality, only a good and optimistic attitude can achieve health and longevity.
