Former Spurs midfielder Jamie O'Hara revealed that Robbie Keane had knocked down Edgar Davis, who had just arrived in the team, in a training session, and gave the "wild boar" a slap on the wrist.

Davis played for Barca, Juve and Ajax before joining Tottenham, and the deal is also considered a blockbuster deal for Tottenham. However, Irish striker Robbie Keane believes Davis needs to set himself right after coming to North London.
Keane was seen as a sign of respect and awe in the Tottenham dressing room, and O'Hara described how Davis realized this in a "hard" way at the time. "I tell you guys who had a bit of an opinion about Davis at the time — Robbie Keane," O'Hara explains, "and I remember his story with Davis." ”
"We were training, Davis had just come over from Inter and he thought he was the 'darling' (bee's knees, pronounced "business", meaning important people). He felt like he was the key man, everything, but everyone understood that Robbie Keane was the key person for Tottenham. ”
"I remember Davis showing Keane his idea and then they got into an argument. Davis walked up to Keane and said something, and Keane just lit him on fire and said, 'You're bullshit!' ’”
"Keane didn't give a crap, just 'bang' and gave him a punch. Then Davis got up on his own from the ground and left the training ground, and that's the end of it. Davis came the next day and started 'Early, Robbie' and that's it..."
"Everybody knows, don't provoke Keane. He has that attribute in him, and if he's offended, he'll just take you out. ”
Davis played for Tottenham for a season and a half before returning to his hometown club Ajax in 2007.
