The "2021 China Cultural and Expo Industry Development Summit" was held in Hainan

Beijing, June 20 (Reporter Wang Bixue) On June 19, under the guidance of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and co-sponsored by the China Cultural Relics Exchange Center and the China Private Cultural Industry Chamber of Commerce, the "2021 China Cultural and Cultural Industry Development Summit" was held in Haikou City, Hainan Province.

At the meeting, as one of the key projects to promote the Hainan Free Trade Port, the Hainan International Cultural and Art Trading Center was officially put into operation. The center aims to promote the construction of an online international art trading platform and offline art central business center, traceability center, financial center, big data center, arbitration center, logistics center and other functional centers, integrating culture, science and technology, finance, tourism, service trade and other formats, to provide international cultural and artistic works of the whole industry chain services.

The summit will conduct in-depth discussions and accelerate the construction of the National South China Sea Cultural Expo Industrial Park project. The industrial park is a joint construction project signed by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and the Hainan Provincial Government, and the Hainan International Cultural and Art Trading Center is the pilot project and core enterprise of the industrial park. The industrial park will give full play to the policy advantages of Hainan Free Trade Port, and through the integration of cultural and cultural resources, cultural and industrial, education, finance, science and technology, tourism, exhibition and other industry resources, to create a modern industrial cluster with integrated development of culture, science and technology and finance, and become a modern international cultural and cultural industry base and tourist destination leading China, radiating the Asia-Pacific region and influencing the coordinated development of multiple formats.

Experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the China Chamber of Commerce for Private Cultural Industries discussed and promoted the digital construction of cultural artworks around topics such as "scientific and technological support for cultural and art trading models" and "creating a favorable environment for cross-border art transactions".
