Standard working hours
Workers work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, and rest at least 1 day per week;

Special working hours
In the production activities of enterprises, for some posts that are unable to implement the standard working hour system due to flexible working hours or uneven working hours, in accordance with Article 39 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, enterprises may apply to the administrative department of human resources and social security for the implementation of a special working hour system, that is, an irregular working hour system and a comprehensive calculation of working hours.
Irregular working hours
Refers to the special working hour system adopted for employees who cannot be measured according to the standard working hours or need to work flexibly due to the relationship between production characteristics, work characteristics or scope of responsibilities.

Comprehensive calculation of working hours
The working hours are calculated comprehensively in the cycle of weeks, months, quarters, years, etc., but the average daily working hours and average weekly working hours should be basically the same as the statutory standard working hours.
In the comprehensive calculation period, the actual working hours of a specific day (or week) may exceed 8 hours (or 40 hours), but the total actual working hours in the comprehensive calculation period shall not exceed the total statutory standard working hours, and the excess shall be regarded as extended working hours and overtime wages shall be paid in accordance with the regulations;
Extended working hours can exceed 36 hours in a single month, but the total number of overtime hours in the cycle shall not exceed the specified total number (if the one-year cycle is used, the total number of overtime hours per year shall not exceed 36 x 12 = 432 hours).
Part-time employment
Part-time employment refers to the form of employment in which the remuneration is mainly calculated by the hour, and the average daily working hours of the employee in the same employer generally does not exceed 4 hours, and the cumulative working hours per week do not exceed 24 hours.
