In the temporary office of the Shanghai Vector Biological Control and Environmental Disinfection Emergency Disposal Support Group of the Fourth CIIE, a large electronic screen is placed on the window, and the latest vector biological control work guarantee dynamics are slowly playing on the screen.
From October 22, when stationed in the "Clover", the vector biological emergency disposal team carried out daily inspections and disposal according to the task list assigned at the morning meeting every day, and reported the inspection situation to the support working group. The working group's large screen displays the working place, task arrangement, inspection dynamic situation and problem pictures of each team on the day, according to real-time data, grasp the pest situation and disposal situation in the venue, vector experts carry out monitoring data analysis, release monitoring results, scientifically arrange the next day's inspection work tasks, and optimize the distribution of pest-removing drugs.
"Our inspection work must be meticulous, 30,000 steps a day, in order to leave no dead ends and ensure the environmental safety of the Expo." Jiang Haihua, a relevant enterprise personnel of Shanghai PCO (Pest Control Agency), told reporters.
In order to welcome the fourth CIIE, the Shanghai Vector Biological Control and Environmental Disinfection Emergency Disposal Support Group was formed by the office of the Municipal and District Patriotic Health Campaign Committee and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as 9 highly qualified PCO enterprises.
In accordance with the division of the core area, buffer zone and other areas, combined with the support tasks of each district, implement the hierarchical support work mechanism, establish the working mechanism and emergency duty work requirements during the "supervision, inspection and rectification" guarantee period, and ensure the health management level of various key places in the city during the exhibition period, and do a good job in emergency handling work in a timely manner.
Among them, 60 people in the core security area are the shanghai public health emergency handling vector biological control reserve team, and the team members all hold the dual certificates of "vector control" and "environmental disinfection", with an average age of 39 years old and nearly 60% of senior workers. Qingpu District, Minhang District and Changning District set up a buffer zone emergency disposal team composed of 71 team members to ensure that the emergency disposal work of the National Convention and Exhibition Center was supported within one hour. District-level emergency teams are set up in other districts.
According to the Office of the Municipal Patriotic Health Campaign Committee, the problem of rats, cockroaches and green flying insects in the catering units of the Convention and Exhibition Center is the focus of vector control and control at previous Expo. Since entering the station this year, the support group has carried out surprise rat and cockroach extermination for key points such as meetings and catering for a week. As of November 3, the support team had dispatched 375 people from 119 groups, inspected 35 venues, 399 catering establishments, and 247 sanitation facilities, and found and dealt with 451 problems.
Since October 27, the support team has officially implemented the "white + black" all-weather inspection and disposal. At the same time, professional teams were organized in the museum to implement daily control measures such as fly catcher cages, poisonous rat bait stations and control of water-accumulating mosquitoes. By the end of October, 130 solar mosquito lamps were set up in the green square of the convention and exhibition center, 1260 poisonous rat houses were set up in various places, and 220 flytraps were set up in the vector control facilities in the surrounding green areas, so as to achieve the comprehensive control of the control facilities.
On the basis of the traditional physical control technology such as the poisonous rat box and the sticky rat board in the past, a total of 50 intelligent mouse clips are distributed in the museum this year, which can more intuitively view the location information of the mouse clips, and transmit the signals monitored to the rats directly to the computer and mobile phone, and the staff can evaluate and monitor the rat violation through the terminal in real time, timely notify the team members to carry out on-site disposal, and also provide a scientific basis for the follow-up work of rat extermination.
After the daily and emergency control work in the early stage, as of the end of October, the vector biological monitoring indicators of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) have fully reached the level of national control level A standard. With the official holding of the Expo, the city will continue to carry out normalized inspections of vector biological control around the four major types of places of "catering, exhibition halls, conference affairs, and external environment", so that it can be changed as soon as it is known, and the problem will not stay overnight.
It is worth mentioning that this year's CIIE uses the GPS toolbox to create a cloud work team of "CIIE elimination and killing emergency disposal team" to achieve location positioning and inspection path records during the work of each support team, and the real-time location of the team members is reflected on the satellite map of the platform, and the management personnel can view at any time, strengthen work management, find problems, and timely dispatch the nearest team members to carry out emergency disposal. Through the whole chain, all-round, full coverage of vector prevention and control work, we will make every effort to create a high-quality and good environment for the Expo and more effectively protect the public health safety of the city.
