Learning from the experience of Huancui District, Rongcheng City and Rushan City, we have accelerated the pace of breakthroughs in key areas such as urban construction, grass-roots governance, people's livelihood, and rural revitalization, created 6 immersive "net red" punch cards and a number of characteristic night-time economic agglomeration areas, and built and put into use 20 happy canteens.
