Ma Zhenzhao is 23 years old this year, but looking at the resume of this little girl born in 1998, it makes people sigh: from the age of 9 to the age of 13, he won the provincial judo championship for the first time, and then today, more than a decade later, Ma Zhenzhao has won dozens of championship titles in various domestic and international competitions.
Why Ma Zhenzhao entered the judo industry is still from his childhood. Ma Zhenzhao's family has three siblings, she ranks second in the family, because her sister's physical fitness is very good since childhood, her parents sent her sister to the municipal sports school to learn judo. Ma Zhenzhao, who originally thought of just accompanying his sister to training and playing, was favored by the coach who trained his sister at that time.
When Ma Zhenzhao first entered the judo gym, due to his young age, the coach did not arrange a very heavy training task for her, but let her cultivate interest with the big team members, but Ma Zhenzhao, who was born with "bones" with the strength to not accept defeat, never showed weakness, and the small grade dared to hug and wrestle with the big team members.
On the playing field, Ma Zhenzhao belongs to the type of "people who don't talk much". As for the spirit of judo, Ma Zhenzhao has his own understanding. She said that judo emphasizes "starting with etiquette and ending with etiquette", focusing on the dual cultivation of body and mind. "Make good use of energy, self-prosperity" is the best summary of the spirit of judo, and it is also the spiritual strength of judo people carved into the bones and blood. She believes that "good use of energy" is to educate everyone to have a plan for their own lives, reasonably arrange time and energy; "self-prosperity" is to require everyone to learn to be grateful, grateful to the country, grateful to their parents, grateful to all those who have helped themselves.
With this attitude, Ma Zhenzhao went from Tokyo, Japan to Hancheng, Shaanxi, from the Olympic Games to the National Games, from the first round of the Olympic Games to the unexpected exit, and then to the National Games to win the "first gold" of Jilin Province, which allowed Ma Zhenzhao to learn more experience from the failure of the Olympic Games, thus shining on the National Games.
