In German cuisine, beer and pork hands and white sausages are the best combinations.
For the first two days in Berlin, beer and roast pork knuckle really amazed my taste buds. But I haven't yet met the white sausage that really makes my tongue dance.
On this day, I wandered around Berlin alone with my children, strolling freely and feeling the slow life of the locals. I look for good neighborhoods by feeling, good food by intuition, and no longer rely on navigation and review tools.
I didn't expect to be met by a restaurant that deserves five stars in terms of location, environment and taste: erdinger
moreover! I finally got an authentic German white sausage here, which was indescribably delicious.

Environment: It is located on the corner of the street diagonally opposite the Gendarmenmarkt in the center of Berlin). There are some tables and chairs outside along the outer wall of the restaurant, where you can sit, drink coffee, roast the sun, blow the breeze, and look at the leisurely tourists outside the opposite concert hall, the German Cathedral, and the French Cathedral. There are more bees in Berlin than our flies, especially as soon as we eat, bees flock to them, although they do not see people, but they are also quite worried. It's just that the locals seem to have gotten used to these bees, or many people choose to sit outdoors.
The restaurant is actually very large, visually measured to be two stories high, the entire restaurant decoration is a very dignified and calm retro European style. Wooden furniture and soft furnishings, it looks very old.
Food: Since it was just me and my son who ordered food, I asked for a pasta, a grilled sausage platter, a glass of orange juice and a cappuccino.
I ordered the grilled sausage platter because I wasn't sure what to say about the delicious white sausage, but after tasting it, I found that the 4 flavors of grilled sausages are really the most delicious in Germany's famous white sausage. Refreshing and some elastic taste, there are some light green vanilla powder, a little faint grass flavor to eat, and salty and just right pork intestines. In contrast, several other sausages are either hard, too old, or too salty, and only white sausages are the king of the dish!
By the way, cappuccino, without extra sugar, the strong coffee flavor and just the right milk aroma made me, who did not dare to drink a sip of coffee on weekdays, order two drinks and did not lose sleep that night.
Price: One pasta and grilled sausage platter, 2 cups orange juice, 2 cups of coffee, for a total of 32 euros.
This restaurant is the first of the few restaurants I think have eaten in Berlin, and it must be recommended to everyone.
