Founded in 1998, the Li Kejian Art Foundation is one of the few national art foundations. The Purpose of the Li Kejian Art Foundation is to carry forward the artistic spirit of Li Kejian and the Chinese national culture, and to study and inherit Li Kejian's academic thought to promote the development of national culture. Over the past 23 years, the Foundation has abided by the various regulations of the State on the management of the Foundation and engaged in non-profit public welfare activities with a rigorous academic attitude.

Liu Ying
Born in Beijing in 1959, his ancestral home is Hebei. From 1977 to 1980, he was a middle school physics teacher, from 1981 to 1998, he engaged in civil trial work in the court, and after the court left in 1998, he presided over the Beijing Kechuang Mingjia Gallery, during which he planned and organized more than 100 exhibitions at home and abroad. In 2012, he served as the secretary general of Li Kejian Art Foundation, responsible for the daily work and activity planning and development of Li Kejian Art Foundation, committed to promoting the artistic spirit of Mr. Li Kejian and Chinese national culture, planning and organizing more than ten times of Mr. Li Keyan and his art exhibitions, and taking the 20th century Chinese art as the center, conducting research, collation, publishing, exhibition, etc., planning and initiating the theme tour exhibition of "Dayabao Hutong A No. 2 - The Legend of Chinese Art in the Twentieth Century". It provides real and rich historical materials and new perspectives for the study of the history of new Chinese art. In 2021, he was appointed as the chairman of the Li Keyan Art Foundation.
I think that our generation has the responsibility of inheriting from the top to the bottom, and has the obligation to spread the excellent national culture of the motherland to the world and pass it on to the next generation, which is also the purpose of the Li Kejian Art Foundation.
The Li Kejian Art Foundation has entered the third decade, and with the development of the foundation becoming more and more social, we must adopt the policy of long-term sustainable development and adhere to the high-quality promotion and development of national classic culture as in the past.
