Unconsciously, I ushered in the fourth journalist's day in every sutra. It also means that I have walked with each sutra for nearly 1500 days and nights. Looking back on this journey, I can see my own step-by-step growth picture.

With each first time, I went from being a small white in the automotive industry, slowly going deep into the industry, and then transforming into a financial journalist, although I also had pain, confusion, and overwhelmed, but more was the relief and joy after growing up.
Before becoming a real news person, "the earth does not explode, journalists do not take holidays; the universe does not restart, reporters do not rest" is just a paragraph for me, but when I have seen Beijing at 2 a.m., Guangzhou at 2 a.m., and more cities at 2 a.m., I really understand the responsibility and responsibility of the profession of journalists. Only when I became a real news person did I understand the meaning of "happy delivery" and the hidden power behind the words "reviewed" and "hairable".
After watching 1500 sunrises every time, I gradually mastered various skills such as writing, interviewing, investigating, revising drafts, etc., doing more homework before interviews, checking more information before writing, having tenacity when investigating, and breaking through the source of information without giving up has become an important creed in my personal work. As a practitioner of the automotive industry, it is not only necessary to understand the policy development trend of the automotive industry, but also to have the sensitivity to grasp the news of the whole automotive industry chain, to have the psychological quality to face the battle anytime and anywhere, and to be able to "withstand and go up" at critical moments. As an editor, how to carry out high-quality topic selection planning, how to communicate smoothly with reporters, how to continuously improve the quality of manuscripts, and how to continuously recharge and improve business capabilities are also important issues facing me.
Fortunately, every four years, while harvesting growth, my personal mentality has undergone great changes, gradually fading impetuous, more able to precipitate, more clearly aware of my shortcomings, and constantly learning and improving. All of this is my most valuable harvest and wealth in every four years.
