Film Review: Gone with the Wind

Exotic

The Iranian film "The Wind Will Carry Us", the director is very famous, Abbas Kiarotami, is also a poet, recently published a translation in China, called "Go with the Wind", and the name of the film is similar, it is full of faint sadness and helplessness.

To be honest, this movie is difficult to watch, because it is not easy to understand, the pace is also very slow, fortunately the picture is extremely beautiful, like a scenery film, which makes people patiently look down. Slowly, I found that the language was excellent, although the translation was not appropriate, but after all, it could be imagined, imagining those philosophical dialogues, poetic renderings, making people feel beautiful.

After watching the whole film, I still don't understand, but there is no denying that there is a feeling surging in my heart, like a Chinese ink freehand painting, I can't see the lines, but I am leisurely in my heart.

In the film, those distant mountains, rolling paths, independent trees, kind men and women, just like our hometown and parents and brothers around us; those simple dialogues, clear eyes, feelings of love and life, are also warm and moist like us pagans. In the final analysis, this is the brilliance of human nature and the commonality of life.

The most memorable is the last scene of the film, where the symbolic human leg bone is thrown into the water, sinking and floating in the river, flowing down, and at that moment, I truly feel the sadness of life, as the title of the film says: passing away with the wind. It made me know that all living forms will eventually become smoke, soil, dust, and eventually become invisible with the weathering of the years.

However, I am not miserable, because I have also learned that before life passes away with the wind, we get affection, warmth, love and being loved, and these eternal human emotions do not pass away with the wind, but remain in your heart for a long time and will be passed on from generation to generation.
