The most impressive is a 17-year-old male patient admitted at that time, the patient was admitted to the hospital close to coma, severe dehydration state, at that time blood glucose measurement 60.98 mmol /l, bicarbonate 3.6 mmol / l, urinary ketone body > 15 mmol / l, there is a serious diabetic ketoacidosis and coma, under the guidance of Deputy Chief Physician Li Hongmei to give patients rapid hydration of ketone correction, hypoglycemic, frequent inspection of patients, observation of the patient's vital signs, after alkali supplementation, a large amount of fluid, After insulin pumping into the treatment of hypoglycemic treatment, the patient's consciousness gradually recovered, and the patient's family finally showed a smile on their faces.
Time flies, and the years fly by. For me, there is never leisure in the days of working in the hospital, but it also makes my life incredibly fulfilling. In such a position, every day there is new knowledge, every teacher will take me to grow, and more importantly, when I say goodbye to every patient who has recovered and discharged from the hospital, my heart will gush up with a sense of sacredness and pride for the doctor.
Now the whole country is carrying out the theme education of "not forgetting the original heart, keeping the mission in mind", the mission of our doctors is to use scientific methods to treat diseases and save people, all for the sake of patients, which is also the belief that I have been upholding and increasingly firm since I started practicing. There are also ancients who said, "The original intention is easy to get, always difficult to keep", for our industry, anyone can be a good doctor for a day, but not everyone can be a good doctor for a lifetime. I am determined to do this, in the long career of doctors in the future, I will always uphold the original intention and mission to move forward, dedicate to patients, and add glory to the hospital.
