On the afternoon of April 1, the roller skating team of Shijiazhuang Xiaojiaying Primary School was training on the school's roller skating track. After greeting the children, Li Jianrou began to carefully watch the children's training and corrected the children's movements from time to time.

Xiaojiaying Primary School was awarded the title of "Roller Skating Demonstration School" by shijiazhuang roller skating association in 2017, and this year it became the "2019-2022 Hebei Winter Sports Traditional Project School" in Shijiazhuang. Vice President Zhang Na said that the school not only won many awards in various roller skating competitions, but also sent 1 team member each for the Shijiazhuang short track speed skating team and the speed skating team.

"Short track speed skating is the dominant project in China's winter projects, and it is also a key project in our province, but the echelon construction of the provincial team is not perfect at present." Li Jianrou said, "Now the national competition has set up u16, u14, u12, u10 age group competitions, the provincial team participates in more u14 competitions, u16 also has some team members, but in the 2019-2020 season, our province will not have team members to participate in the national competition of u12 and u10 age groups." ”

Li Jianrou hopes to use his name to promote short track speed skating in various parts of our province by entering the campus, and cultivate and tap more short track speed skating reserve talents. According to her plan, the Jian Rou Ice and Snow Club will send professional coaches to regularly go to the relevant schools to guide the popularization of roller skating and professional training.

It is understood that including Xiaojiaying Primary School, there are 4 existing schools in Shijiazhuang City that have become cooperative schools of the Jianrou Ice and Snow Club, and the other 3 schools are QiaoxiWai Chinese Primary School, Zhongshan Road Primary School and Municipal No. 21 Middle School. Among these 4 schools, except for Zhongshan Road Primary School, the rest are "Hebei Winter Sports Traditional Project Schools in the 2019-2022 Cycle". Li Ou, vice principal of Shijiazhuang Zhongshan Sports School, believes that the inclusion of primary and secondary schools at the same time is conducive to the formation of a "one-stop" training of reserve talents in primary schools, junior high schools and high schools, and smoothing the channel for talents to rise.

"We plan to start with these 3 primary schools and 1 middle school, and each school will radiate to the surrounding schools. At the same time, the Inter-school Youth Ice and Snow Hope League was held in Shijiazhuang to allow more children to participate in it. Li Jianrou said.

On April 2, Li Jianrou rushed to Baoding to discuss cooperation with local schools. After Shijiazhuang and Baoding explore effective ways of cooperation, she will promote similar cooperation to more places in our province.
