Like China, tea culture has a long history in Korea. As early as the Song and Yuan dynasties in China, South Korea comprehensively learned the traditional Chinese tea culture and gradually formed the Korean "tea ceremony". In the late Middle Yuan Dynasty, chinese tea culture was further understood and accepted, and tea houses, tea shops, tea foods, and tea ceremonies became increasingly popular and flourished. Later, there was a tea culture festival ceremony, which was held every year.

Yunnan is the kingdom of tea trees, the center of the birthplace of tea trees in the world. Although there are written records about tea in the "Barbarian Book" of the late Tang Dynasty, in fact, the Yunnan people have a long history of growing tea, making tea, and eating tea.

Arriving in Seoul, coinciding with the autumn equinox, we held a festival-themed tea party before heading to Gyeongju.

On the road, looking at the mountains, landforms and vegetation outside the window, it seems that you are still in Yunnan. Walking into the crowd and finding that the world is full of unintelligible languages, we remember that it has been a long time since we got up and went to a foreign country.

The Cha Yun Team stunned Gyeongju. We have made sufficient preparations for this tea culture exchange activity, whether it is a six-seat seat, Yunnan roasted tea or Bai three-course tea, from clothing, utensils, materials, coordination and matching, meticulous.

The various speeches in the venue, because there is no interpreter, humbly said, all the speeches, we listened to half-understanding. In the later academic exchanges about tea, we were only blindfolded. The language barrier is a troublesome thing, and they all blame the president Puwen for not learning Korean well.

There was a lot of exchange on stage, and the Korean tea ceremony and the Japanese tea ceremony took turns to perform. The Chinese tea art that we have always admired is not used for performance, it is not on stage, but it is still inevitable to be watched; long guns and short cannons are constantly shooting at us. During the break, many people rushed to take photos with the female team members and asked where we came from.

In Chinese, sign language, and crappy English, I finally made it clear: we are from Yunnan, China. Yunnan is the province with the largest number of ethnic minorities in China, and each ethnic minority has its own tea drinking habits; the roasted tea and three teas brought this time are representatives of the comparative classics. The national is the world, we will be in the hundred people tea party on the day, a comprehensive display, so that people who love tea, personally on the table, fully feel.
