Important tips for the prevention and control of the pneumonia epidemic

Since February 5, 2022, the local outbreak of covid-19 has occurred in Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, which has affected 5 local counties (cities, districts). At present, it is the peak of the return trip during the Spring Festival holiday, and the flow of personnel is more frequent, in order to further do a good job in the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in our state and strictly prevent the import of the epidemic, the Diqing Prefecture Center for Disease Control and Prevention has made the following important tips on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in the near future:

First, strictly restrict travel to high- and medium-risk areas in China. Non-essential do not go to the local epidemic city and the border counties and cities in the province, if you really need to go, you must report to the community (village) and unit in advance, you must do a good job of personal protection during the trip, you must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when returning to Di, and report to the community (village) and unit in time, and actively cooperate with the implementation of relevant epidemic prevention and control measures.

2. Since January 21, 2022 (inclusive), those who have a history of living in Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, a domestic high school risk area, and a history of living in a local epidemic city, as well as those who have intersected with the trajectory of the positive case or accompanied by a space at the same time, should report to the community (village), unit, hotel, etc. at the first time, and actively cooperate with the implementation of various epidemic prevention and control measures.

Third, after the Spring Festival holiday, from outside the province and the border counties and cities in the province to enter (return) personnel, must hold a 48-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate, if can not provide a valid certificate, it is recommended to take the initiative to carry out a nucleic acid test within 24 hours, and do a good job of 14 days of self-health monitoring. Once symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea appear, please wear a mask in time to the nearest fever clinic or designated medical institution for treatment and investigation, and truthfully inform personal travel history, activity history and contact history, and avoid taking public transportation on the way to medical treatment.

Fourth, continue to do a good job of personal protection and maintain good hygiene habits. Wear masks scientifically (especially when taking public transportation and moving in public places), wash your hands frequently, ventilate frequently, maintain social distance of more than 1 meter, do not get together, do not gather, and advocate a healthy and civilized lifestyle.

Vaccination against COVID-19 is the most economical and effective means to prevent COVID-19. In the absence of contraindications to vaccination, please complete the full vaccination of the new crown virus vaccine and strengthen the injection as soon as possible to reduce the risk of self-infection and disease, and jointly build a population immunity barrier.

Sixth, pay close attention to the changes in high- and medium-risk areas and health codes in China. If the health code changes, please report to your unit and community (village) as soon as possible, and cooperate with the local implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures. If you deliberately conceal your itinerary, refuse to accept nucleic acid testing, or do not cooperate with prevention and control, you will be held responsible according to law.
