On November 3, Chen Xiang, secretary of the county party committee, went to Jiukou Township and Bapu Town to investigate the interconnection of the Lexi Expressway (Meigu section) and the spatial planning of the land. Through on-site inspection, Chen Xiang and his party learned about the geographical structure, geographical space, and traditional advantages of our county. At the symposium, Chen Xiang pointed out that the Lexi Expressway (Meigu section) is facing the most realistic and long-term opportunities, and it is necessary to plan the connection line and the surrounding planning sites in advance and cut corners and straighten them. Jiukou Township has the conditions to become a tourist town with cultural characteristics of Southern Red Agate.
