In the development process of the Chengdu-Chongqing region, only the rise of chongqing and Chengdu is obviously not enough, and solving the problem of "central collapse" is an indispensable drama in singing the "Tale of Two Cities" in the development of Chengdu-Chongqing. How to promote the coordinated development of the central region of the economic circle and small towns through the development of central cities? While making Chongqing and Chengdu two "polar core cities" bigger and stronger, how to let more central cities participate and become the support point of the economic circle? Speaking of the change in the work format, Luo Yujin, chairman of Shunyitong Logistics Company, said that the key was broken. In the past, the company's round-trip logistics vehicles often departed empty at 10 a.m. and returned at 5 or 6 p.m. with a full load. While catching the "hitchhiking" of coordinated development, the dividends released by Suining's three-dimensional traffic construction have also made companies like Shunyitong taste sweet.
Suining is located in the middle of the Sichuan Basin, in the middle reaches of the Fujiang River, and is on the main axis of the development of Chengdu and Chongqing. From the map, Suining is equidistant with Chengdu and Chongqing, and is at the node of Chengdu-Chongqing economic development. Shao Gejun, secretary of the Suining Municipal Party Committee, said that promoting the construction of the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region is a major opportunity for Suining's reform, opening up and high-quality development. Suining firmly regards the linkage of Chengdu-Chongqing and the integration of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as a key move for future development, continuously enhances strategic measures, and promotes regional cooperation.
In the upgrading war of the economic development of Chengdu and Chongqing, Suining also smelled the opportunity to change from a "node" to a "fulcrum", starting from transportation, which is the first chess piece that Suining seeks to transform.
The Samsung Power Station Project Office is more lively than usual because of the arrival of the staff of the transportation department of Suining City, and the staff is studying the Samsung Locks Supplementary Construction Project Plan for the Fujiang River Restoration Project. The Fujiang Restoration Project is a key project jointly cooperated by Suining and Chongqing Tongnan District to open up the Fujiang section from the urban area of Suining City to Hechuan, Chongqing.
The project involves Grade 7 electric aviation projects, 2 in Suining and 5 in Chongqing. In order to realize the resumption of the Fujiang River, it is necessary to open up the shipping card points generated by the development of the Fujiang River water elevator level one by one. The first threshold Samsung locks in the lower reaches of Suining Port and the Chongqing Shuangjiang Avionics Hub Project are of great importance.
This is just a microcosm of Suining's integration into the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and the creation of land, sea and air network transportation.

It is reported that Suining has built a secondary comprehensive transportation hub in Sichuan Province, with 243 kilometers of railway "3-way 7 lines" and 359 kilometers of expressways "1 ring and 8 shots", realizing high-speed connections in all directions from east to west, south, and north, building a 90-minute traffic circle to Chengdu-Chongqing and surrounding cities, laying the dominant position of Chengdu-Chongqing transportation hub; the effective connection of expressways, national and provincial trunk lines and urban traffic trunk roads, and the accelerated formation of the "4 rings and 4 shots" urban trunk highway network layout.
Judging from the projects under construction and the projects expected to start construction, Suining is accelerating the construction of the Cheng (Sui) Dawan High-Speed Railway, the Miansui Inner Intercity Railway, the Yusui Intercity Railway and the Suining EMU Application Institute, and by 2022, the "6-to-15 Line" railway network will be initially completed; the Suide Expressway, the South Suitong Expressway, the Yansuile Expressway, the Chengnan Expressway will be expanded, and the Suiyu Expressway will be expanded; the Suining-Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Expressway will be built simultaneously; and the Fujiang Iv. Driven by transportation, Suining green food, new energy, electronic information, cultural tourism, trade and logistics and other modern industries have risen rapidly, and are accelerating the construction of a modern industrial highland in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, laying a solid foundation for the construction of a strong green economy city on the main axis of Chengdu-Chongqing development.

On January 14, the signing ceremony of the Sichuan-Chongqing Cooperation Gaotan Economic Development Zone Industry-City Integration Project was held, which means that the Gaotan Park was officially upgraded from a platform for cooperation between Guang'an and Chongqing to a base and industrial platform for cooperation between Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality.
On January 3, the third day after the central government proposed the "Chengdu-Chongqing Area Twin Cities Economic Circle", Guang'an immediately held the Ninth Plenary Session of the Fifth Municipal Party Committee and the Economic Work Conference of the Municipal Party Committee, and clearly pointed out: "Seize the favorable opportunities, grasp the projects, policies, and funds in the transportation infrastructure, modern industrial system, collaborative innovation and development of the economic circle, land spatial layout, ecological environmental protection, public service co-construction and sharing, etc., and attract more advantageous resources to gather in Guang'an." ”

According to Li Jing, director of the Guang'an Economic Cooperation Bureau, 50% of Guang'an's industrial projects are supported by Chongqing, 75% of agricultural products are sold to Chongqing every year, 60% of tourists come from Chongqing every year, and 205 projects from Chongqing are signed in 2019. The Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle will provide a bigger stage for Guang'an, but before that, Guang'an also needs to consolidate its industrial foundation in many aspects.
To this end, Guangan proposed that it will firmly focus on the "341" modern industrial industry to attract investment, promote the development of industrial agglomeration, promote the construction of chains, supplementary chains, extended chains, and strong chain investment promotion; strengthen the "investment with business", play a good role in leading investment promotion, small detachment investment, stationed investment, and borrow investment and other series of "combination fists", carry out investment promotion and investment raids in quarters, lock in industrial projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan, aim at the "top 500 companies of 3 categories" and industry leading enterprises to concentrate on carrying out surprise attacks, and strive to introduce and land a number of major industrial projects.
Accelerate the upgrading of Sichuan-Chongqing cooperation parks such as linshui equipment manufacturing industrial park, Huaying electronic information industrial park, Wusheng agricultural product processing industrial park, etc., promote the acceleration of construction of projects such as the incubation center of Gaotan Economic Development Zone and western Silicon Valley, and supervise the completion of convenient hot pots and leisure foods in Chongqing Fengheng Zhongtan Park; The Guang'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce will also insist on seizing opportunities with its back to Chengdu, grasping development for Chongqing, and promoting economic and trade exchanges and industrial cooperation between Guangrong and Guangchong through the government setting up a platform...
The cooperation between Guang'an and Chengdu and Chongqing has been at the forefront of the province, forming a certain foundation and experience, and planning a first move for the integration into the construction of the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
Neijiang: Culture as a medium to build a cultural tourism pilot area in the Chongqing urban agglomeration
Like other urban areas in the Chengdu-Chongqing area, after the demarcation of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, Neijiang also thought about how to use this opportunity to comprehensively enhance the development of Neijiang for the first time.
Ma Bo, secretary of the Neijiang Municipal Party Committee, pointed out during a study tour of Dazu District in Chongqing at the end of March that at present, Neijiang is accelerating the construction of "one hub, two centers, three bases and four blocks", implementing "five major action plans", and fully integrating into the construction of the twin-city economic circle in Chengdu and Chongqing. Neijiang is willing to work with Dazu to further strengthen the idea of "one game of chess", implement the concept of "integration", take the joint construction of the cooperation pilot zone as the starting point, promote a deeper and more comprehensive docking and higher level of linkage development between the two places, and work together to write a new chapter in deepening the development of Sichuan-Chongqing cooperation.

Recently, Neijiang signed a contract with Wanda Group to jointly build a cultural tourism town featuring "night economy", behind such a big move, it is a practice of Neijiang excavating its own advantages and deeply integrating into the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.
In addition to the synchronous integration of transportation, industry and other fields, Neijiang has also focused its attention on "culture + tourism".
As early as 2018, Neijiang sounded the rallying call for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration Cultural Tourism Pilot Zone, vigorously promoted the "358" plan, focused on the "weekend economy" of Chengdu and Chongqing, made fine and excellent cultural tours, landscape tours, food tours, rural tours, sports tours and other characteristic brands, and increasingly mature "one-day tour" and "two-day tour" boutique routes, attracting tourists from Chengdu-Chongqing areas to flock to Chongqing.
Tang Jiqiang, a professor at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, believes that the upcoming "Neijiang Wanda Cultural Tourism Town" is an "oath" for Neijiang to fully integrate into the construction of the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, which may rewrite the industrial structure of Neijiang and reshape the economic map of the Chongqing region.
The new economy and new consumption need carriers, and in 2025, after the town opens its doors to welcome guests, it will effectively transform the huge tourism market potential of 16 large and medium-sized cities within 200 kilometers of the surrounding area into market resource advantages.
