Daiguo is a small country of Shanrong active in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, many ancient books record that the Daiguo was established as early as the Shang Tang Dynasty, and the Northern Song Dynasty's "Taiping Huanyu Record" records: "The country of Daidi Benqu and Jiang surnamed Jiang was powerful at the weekend, and was called king before the Seven Kingdoms." "Before the Seven Kingdoms, the kings were generally rongdi tribes that were not under the jurisdiction of the Son of Heaven, and it is said that the daiguo belonged to a branch of Jiang Rong, and in the early Eastern Zhou Dynasty, it established itself as a king, and was recorded as a daiwang in the "Records of History". It is generally believed that the former land of the Daiguo was in the territory of present-day Dai County, Shanxi, but there was a DaiwangCheng in Wei County, Hebei in the northwest, which was a famous county of the Zhao State during the Warring States period, and the Dai County was first established by King Wuling of Zhao, and in his later years, the Dai County was given to the eldest son Zhao Zhang. It is said that the first fiefdom of the Daiguo was in Daiwangcheng in Wei County, Hebei, and that the Dai yong and warlike Dai of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty began to move south and extended the territory to Dai County, Shanxi.
Dai Guo people are from nomadic tribes, in the 1980s in the northwest of Beijing, Yanqing County has excavated a number of tomb groups in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, experts according to tomb customs, excavated artifact characteristics and other information to conclude that this tomb group does not belong to the Central Plains, but belongs to the Shanrong culture, because the burial place is in the Yuhuang Village, so it is called "Yuhuang Village Culture", and the Area around Wei County in Hebei Province, the hometown of daiguo, belongs to the Yuhuang Village cultural area, so scholars believe that the Daiguo culture is part of the "Yuhuang Village Culture". The word "generation" is "person" on the left and "yi (yì)" on the right, and "弋" refers to an arrow with a silk thread, which can be recycled to shoot birds or prey, and by extension, replacement. As a generation of nomadic tribes, the word "generation" may be the original portrayal of the means of livelihood of the early tribesmen, and later with the continuous growth of the tribe, it was gradually used in the military, becoming the meaning of patrolling back and forth and traveling back and forth. According to the "History of the Zhao Family", Zhao Jianzi once had a strange dream, dreaming that the heavens entrusted him with a "Zhai dog" and said to him: "When your son grows up, send this Zhai dog to him." In fact, "Zhai Dog" refers to the country, "Zhai" means "Di", this means that the Ming Dynasty was a tribe with "Zhai Dog" as a totem, and the dog was an indispensable helper for ancient people when hunting.
The State of Zhao was unknown during the Western Zhou Dynasty, the Eastern Zhou Dynasty began to appear on the historical stage, and died in the Early Warring States period in the State of Zhao. The "History of the Zhao Family" records: "In the first year of Zhao Xiangzi, Jian Zi was buried, but he did not remove his clothes, and he went north to the Summer House, please act as the king." Make the cooks use the copper to eat the king and his followers, and the yin orders the zai people to kill the king and the subordinates with the sword, so that the soldiers will be on the ground. Therefore, he took the daifeng Ofu Zi Zhou as the substitute king. "It means that in the first year of Zhao Xiangzi, that is, in 475 BC, Zhao Xiangzi had just been buried, and before he could remove his mourning clothes, Zhao Xiangzi went to the north to climb xiawu Mountain, invited the daiwang, asked the famous chef to take charge of the spoon to entertain the daiwang and his retinue, after three rounds of wine, Zhao Xiangzi secretly slaughtered the daiwang and his retinue, and then took the opportunity to send troops to invade the daiguo, and the daiguo was leaderless, chaotic into a porridge, and was taken down effortlessly. After Zhao Xiangzi annexed Daidi, he gave daidi to his nephew Zhao Zhou. The Xiawu Mountain mentioned here, that is, Caoduo Mountain, is in the northeast of present-day Dai County, Shanxi, adjacent to the Jurchen Mountain, and the Chronicle of the Xiongnu records: "Zhao Xiangzi broke the sentence and replaced it with Linhu Raccoon." "Jujutsu Mountain, or Yanmen Mountain, is north of Dai County, Shanxi, which means that Zhao Xiangzi crossed the Jurchen Mountain and destroyed the Dynasty. From this point of view, Xiawu Mountain and Yanmen Mountain are the boundary mountains between the Zhao Kingdom and the DaiGuo, and also the barrier between the two countries, and the reason why Zhao Xiangzi used the "Hongmen Feast" to assassinate the DaiWang was also out of concern about this dangerous pass.

And Zhao Xiangzi's annexation of Daiguo is also the will of his father Zhao Jianzi, and there is a record of "Xiangzi's sister was Former Lady Wang" in the "History of Zhao Shijia", which means that Zhao Xiangzi's sister is the wife of daiwang, that is, in order to annex daiguo, Zhao Jianzi married his daughter to daiwang, so that Daiguo relaxed his guard. According to the "Spring and Autumn of the Lü Dynasty", "Zhao Jianzi fell ill and summoned the prince and told him: 'I am dead and buried, and I will go up to the mountain of Xiawu to look forward to it.' ’...... Xiangzi is on the summer house, and his happiness is very beautiful. So Xiang Zi said, "The first king will teach it in this way." It means that Before zhao Jianzi died, he told Zhao Xiangzi: "After I die, you will go up to Xiawu Mountain to see it during your mourning." Zhao Xiangzi climbed xiawu mountain in filial piety, saw the great rivers and mountains of the daiguo, and the luxurious life of the daiguo people who were drunk and dreaming of death, and suddenly suddenly realized: "It turns out that the ancestors used this method to establish my ambition!" So before the mourning period expired, he began to prepare for the merger.
After the fall of the Daiguo, the Three Jins officially separated their families and became marquises, and the whereabouts of the Daiguo people are not recorded.
