The former representative of South Korea's yg entertainment company, Leung Hyun Seok, will appear in court this morning to be tried for his alleged interference in the police investigation.
Leung Hyun Seok is suspected of coercing A, who helped B.i buy drugs, to retract his confession and give perjury when he was investigated by the police in August 2016, confessing that B.i had nothing to do with drugs, resulting in the police investigation of B.I failing.
The Seoul Central District Court officially opened the case on August 13 this year, and today will be the first time Thatung Hyun-suk has appeared in court to stand trial.
