Nearly halfway through the book, some of it can't go on. Maybe the psychology textbooks I've read in the past few years make people less comfortable with the big vernacular? Or it may be an aversion to the content of the preaching. The author is of course good, and the theme of the book is also very good, so let's try again in a few days.

The first half of the book explores the factors that make people unhappy, such as jealousy, competition, and criminal consciousness. The latter half talks about what factors can promote happiness. Such as interest, family, work, love, etc. The content is easy to understand, and because after all, it is flat and straightforward, simple and everyday, so that I feel that it is a bit superficial, lacks internal logic and motivation, and is easy to simplify the problem.
