The county councillor believes that when the people are given the first dose of the vaccine, if the body has symptoms of discomfort, the local health bureau should track and care, because some people may only have mild symptoms at first after the vaccination, but the subsequent symptoms may worsen, and the health bureau should provide medical assistance; people with similar situations should recommend not to give the second dose, or even force the second dose not to be given.
