Last time, I wrote a "Reread "Kong Yiji", we took the misunderstanding of Kong Yiji, and finally lived to become Kong Yiji" which resonated with many netizens. Someone left a message, hoping to see my interpretation of Lu Xun's Ah Q. Lu Xun's works, I like very much, and have also interpreted the images of Xianglin Sister-in-law and Ah Q, but they are more based on comparative reading, such as: comparing "The True Biography of Ah Q" with Shen Congwen's "Border City" and the German novel "Perfume".
There are 3 people in Lu Xun's pen, I hated them when I was in middle school, understood them in college, and admired them after work. They are: Kong Yiji, Ah Q, and Xiang Lin's sister-in-law.
"The True Biography of Ah Q" is included in Lu Xun's book "Scream". "Scream" mainly collects 14 short stories created by Lu Xun from 1918 to 1922, including classic works such as "Kong Yiji", "Medicine", "Hometown", "A Q Zheng biography", "Social Drama", "Diary of a Madman" and so on. Lu Xun's works are pearlescent and to the point, if you must evaluate a collection of the best works, I think the first to promote "Scream".

"The True Biography of Ah Q" tells the fate of Ah Q's life of being excluded and eventually dying of ignorance, creating a classic image of ignorance and bullying and fear of hard. Ah Q wanted to integrate into Weizhuang, but he failed to achieve his wish in his life, and he had the weaknesses of ordinary people and the advantages that ordinary people could not reach.
When I was a teenager, I read Ah Q and thought he was ridiculous. At that time, I thought his behavior was ridiculous, and I thought his personality was ridiculous. When we grow up, when we read Ah Q again, we can't laugh out loud, and even, we are surprised to find that we are becoming more and more like Ah Q, and sometimes we live worse than Ah Q.
When I was in college, the professor said that "there are thousands of descendants of Ah Q", which is deeply believed. We have more or less the shadow of Ah Q, and we despise Ah Q while learning Ah Q.
The Scream
Ah Q has extremely complex personality traits, and the fundamental reason for this is that he is a marginalized character. Lu Xun spent a lot of time in the front to discuss who Ah Q really is, who is his surname, and the final conclusion is that Ah Q is a "three noes" product.
First of all, Ah Q has no surname. The surname is a symbol of a person, representing a person's family and lineage. So, we can change our name, but very few people will change their surname. Even in the 21st century, we still care a lot about surnames. However, Ah Q is a person with an unknown surname. At first, Ah Q said that his surname was Zhao, but Zhao Taiye beat him up, and after that, he never mentioned his surname.
When The grandfather saw it, his face was full of splashes, and he drank: "Ah Q, you bastard! Do you say I'm your own family? ” Ah Q does not open his mouth. The more Grandpa Zhao looked, the more angry he became, and he took a few steps forward and said, "You dare to talk nonsense!" How could I have a ben like you? Is your last name Zhao? ” Ah Q did not open his mouth and wanted to retreat; Grandpa Zhao jumped over and gave him a mouth. "How can you be surnamed Zhao!" ——Where do you deserve the surname Zhao! ” Ah Q did not argue that his surname was Zhao, but only touched his left cheek with his hand, and Di Bao withdrew.
Secondly, Ah Q has no name. In Lu Xun's works, most people have names, but Ah Q does not have a name. Lu Xun deliberately wrote a biography for Ah Q, but chose such a setting, which is no accident.
Lu Xun stressed in the text: "I don't know how Ah Q's name is written."
In the end, Lu Xun chose the symbol A Q as his name, which means that A Q represents not one person, but a type of person, or even all people.
Third, Ah Q has no place of origin. Ah Q often lived in Weizhuang, but he was not a Weizhuang person. Ah Q usually helps people to do short-term work when he is busy farming, so as to survive. However, the place where he often lived was the land temple outside the village, which showed that Ah Q did not belong to Weizhuang and was therefore not accepted by the Weizhuang people.

It is precisely because Ah Q is a "marginal person", which leads to Ah Q's extreme inferiority in his heart, but Ah Q does not show himself in a silent way; on the contrary, he chooses to use "conceit" and "bullying soft and afraid of hard" to disguise and paralyze himself.
Ah Q is an extremely ignorant and extremely conceited person, he is not accepted by Weizhuang, and at the same time he also looks down on Weizhuang.
Ah Q fights Little D while despising Little D. In Ah Q's eyes, the Weizhuang people are vulgar and ignorant, and their vision is narrow, and he is a person who has been to the city, so he is naturally more high-end than these people in Weizhuang. However, Ah Q also despises the people in the city. He felt that "the people in the city turned the bench into a stool, and the fried fish was made with green onions, and the woman's walk was not twisted well", so he felt that the people in the city also "almost meant".
For Wei Zhuang, Ah Q is just cheap labor and a tool for fun. Ah Q is strong, but no one wants to hire him as a long-term worker, only let him do a short-term job that comes and goes; Ah Q has a leper on his head, and they use it to make fun of Ah Q and get a short pleasure from it.
A q
Faced with his own exclusionary situation, Ah Q actually has some resistance. His struggle is embodied in two aspects: one is in behavior, trying to integrate into Weizhuang, and the other is spiritually, comforting himself with the spiritual victory method.
In the "True Biography of Ah Q", the relationship between Ah Q and women is mentioned twice. Once it was Ah Q flirting with the little nun, and once it was Ah Q wanting to sleep with Wu Ma. Lu Xun deliberately used the "tragedy of love" to tell these two things.
Ah Q flirts with the little nun, ostensibly because of his soft and hard personality, but thinking carefully, he is in order to integrate into Weizhuang. Everyone was present, Ah Q knew that he was just a tool for people to amuse, in order to do a good job of this "tool", in order to win the joy of everyone, Ah Q ran to touch the head of the little nun, and the anxious little nun scolded. The crowd laughed and laughed.
Imagine if Ah Q and the little nun met alone, and there was no "spectator" next to him, would Ah Q still flirt with the little nun? I think so, no. That is to say, the root cause of Ah Q's move is not the little nuns, but in the "spectators" of Weizhuang, Ah Q tries to mingle with them in this way, but without success.
Ah Q said to Mama Wu, "I am sleepy with you", what is the purpose of this? Ah Q will never like Wu Ma, and even Ah Q does not like women. In his eyes, women are a scourge. This view has existed since ancient times.
Lu Xun said sarcastically: "Most of the men in China could have been sages, but unfortunately they were all destroyed by women." Shang was killed by Dai Ji; Zhou was corrupted by Qiu Ji; Qin... Although there is no clear history, we also assume that he is probably not very wrong because of a woman; dong Zhuo did kill the mink cicada. ”
In doing so, Ah Q also hopes to integrate into Weizhuang. If he marries and has children in Weizhuang, then Ah Q can justifiably become a Weizhuang person.
What Ah Q does is a manifestation of his own struggle, but unfortunately, others want to reject you, and no matter what you do, you can't really fit into the group that doesn't belong to you.
Faced with such a result, Ah Q comforted himself with the spiritual victory method again and again: when he was beaten, he said "Son beat Lao Tzu"; when he was scolded, he said," "We were much wider than you before"; when he was insulted, he felt that "he is the first person who is self-contemptuous and self-deprecating, and isn't He also the first?" ”
At any time, Ah Q can always find a reason to comfort himself, and then forget the pain he has endured, and even forget the helplessness of his own bottom people.
Ah Q and Wu Ma
At first, I thought Ah Q was ridiculous, then I thought Ah Q was pitiful, and finally I found out how similar we were to Ah Q. For various reasons, we also have circles that are difficult to fit into but have to integrate into, and we work hard in behavior while comforting ourselves spiritually.
Ah Q at least did not stop resisting in his life, in order to achieve his goal, he had given all his energy. And we, while compromising with society, are difficult to dispel our inner resistance. Human suffering stems from two, either lack of money or lack of love. Ah Q is unfortunate, he has too little, but he has never given up on himself, although after the resistance is still going to die.
