Adhere to the three lines of industry, employment, and policy guarantees to promote the stable increase of income of the masses, invest 205 million yuan this year, implement 46 projects to consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation, rely on 80 agricultural and animal husbandry industry bases, 2 modern industrial parks, and drive 12,000 people to engage in agriculture and animal husbandry and rural tourism; the implementation of the transfer and output of 16,000 jobs, public welfare posts to resettle 2,960 people, effectively build a defense line for low-income people to return to poverty.

The third is "strong guarantees." Strictly implement the requirements of the "four non-picking", do a good job of linking the leadership system, build an organizational system with clear responsibilities and responsibilities for each of them, continue to select 74 village task forces and 218 cadres stationed in villages; continue to increase the convergence of fiscal and financial policies, implement the 3 million yuan of anti-poverty prevention and support funds, and coordinate and integrate 192 million yuan of agriculture-related funds to ensure that the consolidation rhythm remains unchanged and the intensity is not reduced.
