【Preparation method】 The above 12 flavors, crushed, sieved, mixed well, that is, obtained.
【Properties】 This product is a tan powder, slightly fragrant, sweet and slightly bitter.
【Identification】 (1) Take this product and observe under a microscope: Calcium oxalate needle crystals are small, 10~32 μm long, irregularly filled in parenchymal cells. The thin-walled cells are spindle-shaped, with slightly thicker walls and a very fine obliquely interlaced texture. The stone cells are obliquely square or polygonal, with a slightly pointed end, thick walls, and sparse striated pores. The parenchymal cells around the fibrous bundle contain calcium oxalate square crystals that form crystalline fibers. The inner seed coat cells are yellowish brown or brownish red, with polygonal surfaces, thick walls, and siliceous blocks in the cell cavity. Calcium oxalate square crystals are found in parenchymal tissue. Calcium oxalate cluster crystals are 18 to 32 μm in diameter, present in parenchymal cells, often arranged in rows or containing several cluster crystals in a single cell. The fibers are pale yellow, fusiform, thick walls, and fine grooves.
(2) Take 3g of this product, add 25ml of methanol, sonicate for 30 minutes, filter, concentrate the filtrate to nearly dry, add 5ml of methanol to dissolve, take the supernatant as the solution for testing. Another baicalin control was taken, and methanol was added to make a solution containing 1 mg per 1 ml as a control solution. According to the thin layer chromatography (Appendix 0502) test, aspirate 5 μl of each of the above two solutions, respectively, on the same silica gel G thin layer plate containing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose containing 4% sodium acetate as the binder, with ethyl acetate - butanone - carboxylic acid - water (5:3:1:1) as the unfolding agent, placed in the unfolding cylinder for 30 minutes, unfolded, removed, dried, sprayed with 2% ferric chloride ethanol solution. In the sample chromatography, the same dark green spot appears in the corresponding position of the control chromatography.
