In recent years, Liu Chao has focused on the key core technology of "card neck" that completely relies on imports for key reagents for forensic DNA testing, achieved major breakthroughs from "following the run" to "leading", creatively solved key technical problems, 2 achievements reached the international advanced level, played an important role in detecting relevant difficult cases in China, and made significant contributions to promoting the economic and social development and innovation-driven development strategy of our province, as well as the innovative development of China's forensic forensic evidence testing profession.
