On the afternoon of October 28, at the oath-taking ceremony of the Constitution held at the 48th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Changzhi City, Li Feng, chief procurator of the Changzhi Municipal People's Procuratorate, held the Constitution in his left hand and raised his fist with his right hand, read the oath to the national emblem, and made a solemn promise.

At the 31st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Shanxi Province held on September 29, Li Feng was approved as the chief procurator of the Changzhi Municipal People's Procuratorate at the request of Yang Jinghai, chief procurator of the Shanxi Provincial People's Procuratorate.
