The theme of this competition is "Strong Service, Show Style, Promote Development", which aims to enhance the professional level of human resources service practitioners in the province and the overall service capabilities of the industry, and promote the high-quality development of the human resources service industry in the province. The competition is aimed at the practitioners of human resources service institutions and enterprise human resources management personnel in all cities in the province, and is divided into three links: local selection, provincial preliminary competition and provincial final. The competition mainly focuses on the various formats of human resources services and various business modules of human resource management, and conducts human resources service management professional knowledge and skills competitions, and the preliminary round is a computer-based examination of human resources service theoretical knowledge, and 12 players from 72 players in the province are selected to advance to the finals. The final is an on-site competition, which is divided into four parts: compulsory answers, preemptive answers, risk questions, and scenario analysis questions, focusing on human resources laws and regulations, human resources frontier knowledge, human resources practical experience and other aspects of the knowledge competition, especially testing the comprehensive business quality and on-the-spot ability.
