author:Jiaodong Story Meeting

This set of pictures is still about the villages on the Jiaodong Peninsula, but unlike the previous set of pictures with one village, there are three villages to be introduced this time. These three villages are all located in the jurisdiction of Facheng Town, Haiyang City, Yantai, and are called "North Loudi", "East Che Ge Zhuang" and "West Che Ge Zhuang" (in the local dialect, Che Ge Zhuang is generally referred to as Che Ge).

The reason why these three villages are introduced together is because they are very close to each other, and they are all near the South Elm Mountain, which can basically be regarded as a whole. The north floor, the east car grid, the west car grid, and the south Elm Mountain, these four place names occupy the direction of "east, west, south, north and south", which is also a more interesting phenomenon.

According to the "Jianzhi of Towns and Villages in Haiyang City", these three villages are said to have been established in the Ming Dynasty. Among them, the name of the East and West Che Ge Zhuang comes from "Cheling Mountain", while the name of the north building floor is related to an ancient building foundation. At first, their names did not have an azimuth prefix, but later in order to distinguish them from each other (the north floor and the bottom of the building near Zhu Wu had the same name), the prefixes of "east", "west" and "north" were added.

The size of the villages in the mountains is generally not large, with more than 100 households in the east and west compartments, while the population at the bottom of the north building is relatively large, once exceeding 300 households.

In terms of surnames, the East Chege has the surnames of Wang, Liu, Jiang, Sun, Li, Yan, etc., the West Chege has the surnames of Sun, Cong, and Qu, and the bottom of the North Building has the surnames of Zhang, Yang, and Wang. Relatively speaking, the four surnames of Zhang, Yang, Wang, and Sun are larger.

As the area adjacent to South Yushan, the history of these villages is naturally closely related to the "Battle of Yushan". For example, there is a record in the memorabilia of The East and West Che ge zhuang: "In 1941, the Battle of Yushan began, the Eighth Route Army was stationed, and the village was liberated. "In Beiloudi Village, I heard the old man say that during the Battle of Yushan, it was once the headquarters of our army's frontline command.

According to the records of the "Chronicle of Haiyang County", at that time, under the command of Xu Shiyou, the operational thinking of our army was: "Besiege Facheng with some troops, put the main force in Yushan, lay siege to Jigezhuang, lure the enemy to come to the rescue, adopt the tactic of "besieging the city and fighting for assistance", and annihilate Zhao Baoyuan's living forces in the movement." ”

Compared with the map, it is not difficult to see that in order to besiege Jigzhuang, the north floor and the east and west car grids located upstream of it are the places of contention. Therefore, there is a situation recorded in the village chronicle.

Of course, the Battle of Yushan (1941) has passed eighty years ago, and the smoke of war has long since dissipated. What is presented here today is a fresh rural idyllic scenery.

Due to the long distance from the main highway, it is less affected by the noise of the outside world, and there is a soothing and melodious feeling in these three villages. The following pictures are the local scenes, although they are only randomly taken in the village and the mountains, but I believe that you can also feel the quiet and tranquil atmosphere.
