The story of Adam and Eve

author:Mu Huazi

The story of Adam and Eve in the Old Testament is well known, but it is recorded in the ancient Vedic scripture Bawishya Upanishads and is more detailed than the Bible.

At the end of the Bronze Age, King Yayati was cursed by his father-in-law for being unfaithful to his wife, causing him to suddenly age in his prime. But he still wanted to enjoy it, so he asked his 4 sons, who would want to exchange their youth for his old age? Only the youngest son, Puru, was willing, and he said to his father, Yayati, "I have given this body to you, it belongs to you, and you can use it as you please." ”

Yayati was pleased and immediately exchanged his old age for Puru's youth to continue to enjoy himself. After a while, he finally got tired of the material life, so he returned his youth to Puru and retrieved his old age. Then he made Lipru his successor, and at the same time drove the other 3 sons away, saying to them, "You are not worthy to be my sons, you do not love me!" ”

So the 3 sons had to leave, and they walked a long, long way to 3 uncivilized corners of the world. Since they came from civilized lands, they looked different, even as noble as gods, so they began to rule over the uncivilized people. Adama was one of the 3 sons of Yayati, yadava, a Sanskrit pronunciation that he calls Adam in the Bible.

The barbarians knew how to use witchcraft, and in a fire sacrifice they used it to offer fire the evil karma of all the kings of the entire barbarian tribe, and to refine a woman and a fruit. That woman was Sharmavati, whom she called in the Bible.

From this, we can see that Adam and Eve were not the first people God created.

Shemawati came from the fire of ignorance in witchcraft, but was a hermit who later married Adama. They practice yoga together, naked, and meditate for a long time. But the other barbarians thought they were crazy and expelled them from their race. Then God in Adamma's heart said to him, "I have prepared a paradise for you in a corner of the southeastern end of this land. ”

The fruit that contained sin always followed Adama and Xiamawati, and when they came to paradise, the fruit was also chased and hung itself on a tree in the garden, which had nothing to do with the tree, and looked like an unprovoked bulge on the tree, an unnatural fruit. So God said to Adama and Sherma, "You may eat any fruit in the garden except that fruit." "Because the fruit contained the evil karma of all the kings of the barbarian tribes, God forbade Adama and Shemavati to touch it. So they ate only other fruits, and they were all faithful servants of God.

But it was also the beginning of the Iron Age or the Kali yuga, and sin was already affecting people. Then Cali transformed into a serpent, and one day he said to Shamawati, "Do you know why God does not allow you to eat that fruit?" ”

Shemavati said, "Because it is a forbidden fruit, we cannot eat it." ”

The snake asked again, "But have you ever wondered why you can't eat it?" ”

Xiamavati replied, "Why do you want to?" We will obey whatever God commands. ”

And the serpent said, "You know what? If you eat the fruit, you will become God. God doesn't want anyone to compete with him, so he won't let you eat it. ”

Sherma Watti said, "Don't say that, it makes me uncomfortable." ”

The serpent continued to seduce her: "Listen to me, if you eat this fruit, you will become a god. ”

Sharma asked the snake, "Then why don't you eat it yourself?" ”

"Of course I will eat, but if you and your husband eat too, then all 3 of us will become gods, and then we can work together to drive God out of power." 」

So Sherma thought, this is not a good plan, why not try it? So she came to her husband Adama and said to him, "If you eat that fruit, you will become a god." ”

Adama was astonished: "What? No! I will never touch the fruit, and God told us not to eat it. ”

Xiamawati said: "You are so naïve, why don't you look forward, don't be so static?" ”

In fact, before that, the serpent had seduced Adama, but Adama refused, which is not recorded in the Bible. But the serpent ignited Adama's lust. So, one day, Adama said to Xiamavati, "I want to enjoy your beautiful body." ”

She was surprised: "What? We are reclusive yogis and should not do that, only barbarians would do that, otherwise we would not be in this paradise at all. ”

But Adama insisted, "I really want to enjoy your beautiful body, really want to." ”

That's when Shemavati rejected him. Since the serpent failed to seduce Adama in the first place, he turned to seduce Shemavati. In order for Adama to eat the forbidden fruit, Shemavati said to him, "If you want to enjoy my body, you have to eat the fruit." ”

"Well, give me that fruit." Adama couldn't resist the urge of lust.

So both ate the forbidden fruit, and the snake slipped away in that instant, knowing that it would be punished for staying there. Then God appeared, and he asked, "Adama, where are you?" Shemavati, where are you? ”

They all hid behind the bushes, suddenly realized they were not wearing clothes, and began to cover their naked bodies with their hands. Since then they have all become very physically conscious, and their union has begun a new lineage. All this is recorded in the 5,000-year-old Vedic classic, the Bawishya Upanishads.
