On August 19, 2019, the Snooker Senators World Championships ended at the Sheffield Crucible Theatre. Although the Senators World Championships were not professional, White brought himself a little comfort at the end of his career by winning the Crucible Championship.

Today's Senator Tour is run by the well-known promoter Francis, and after a season of running, finally brought the highlight of the tour, the Senator World Championship, back to the Crucible Theatre the following year. A total of 20 players participated in the tournament, including seven-time World Champion Stephen Hendry, as well as Dennis Taylor, John Parlot, Joe Johnson and many other celebrities, while Jimmy White and James Wattana are the only two active professionals in the 20.

After losing the Central Championship qualifiers, White moved from Barnsley to Sheffield to compete in the final of the Senior World Championships. After consecutive wins over Richards, Watson and Wattana, White reached the final against Welsh star Darren Morgan, who knocked Hendry out of the quarter-finals. White and Morgan are old rivals in the 90s, and in the historical matchup, White has the upper hand with 8 wins and 6 losses, and the last time the two met took place at the Founding World Championships 2 years ago, when Morgan beat White 2-0.

In the final, Mo took the lead and once took a 2-1 lead. White then scored a single 51 and 53 points to make it 3-2, while Morgan stubbornly chased the score to a 3-3 draw. In the decider, White scored a single 84 points to beat Morgan 4-3 to win the Elder World Championship and £25,000 in prize money.

Born in 1962, White's career began in 1980 and continues to this day. In his career, White was ranked second in the world at the highest level, scoring 147 points at the 1992 World Championships, winning 10 ranking titles and 22 non-ranking titles.

In the Snooker World Championship, White reached the final 6 times, but all ended in defeat, which is undoubtedly the biggest regret of White's career and also brings a sad background to White. Although the Senators World Championship is not a professional competition, white can complete a victory in Crucible, and White still brings himself a little comfort at the end of his career.

At the inaugural Women's Tour Championship, Evans won the final by beating Wu Anyi by a 79-pointer. Controversially, the match was originally scheduled to be a 3-inning, 2-win system, but due to the need to allow enough time for the quarter-finals of the World Championships, the final was temporarily changed to a 1-set winner.
