Today, the 135th (expanded) meeting of the SHUANGliu District CPPCC Party Group was held to convey and implement the spirit of the 14th District Party Congress. The meeting organized and studied the 14th District Party Congress "Resolution on the Report of the 13th Committee of Shuangliu District of Chengdu City" and other relevant documents, conveyed and studied the spirit of the District Party Congress and the First Plenary Session of the 14th District Committee, and studied and implemented measures.
The meeting stressed that the cppcc regional CPPCC party group should regard the study, propaganda, and implementation of the spirit of the fourteenth district party congress as a major political task at present and for some time to come, and earnestly unify its thinking and actions with the spirit of the fourteenth district party congress; it is necessary to study in depth, truly understand the essence of the spirit, solidly carry out study and discussion, exchange and study experiences, and actively plan and implement measures; it is necessary to conduct extensive propaganda, gather social consensus forces, and combine practical activities such as "going to the grass-roots level" and "I do practical things for the masses." Promote the whole society to form an upsurge of studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the district party congress; it is necessary to conscientiously implement and help the spirit of the party congress to be implemented, give full play to the role of the special consultative body of the district CPPCC, focus on the construction of "three districts, three corridors and three new cities", promote economic development with high quality, and build airport park cities with high quality, organize investigation and research, consultation and discussion of state affairs, democratic supervision, and provide wise words and build pragmatic measures.
The meeting also studied matters related to the work of changing the term of the CPPCC Regional Committee. The meeting stressed that it is necessary to carefully prepare for the change of the regional CPPCC, open the first meeting of the twelfth cppcc of the district, ensure the successful completion of the work of the regional CPPCC, and contribute to the construction of China's aviation economic capital with high quality and high level, and the modernization of the grass-roots governance system and governance capabilities at a high level.
