Recently, Heishui County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, held the eleventh meeting of the leading group for the response to the new crown pneumonia epidemic. The meeting pointed out: Recently, the international and domestic epidemic situation has changed severely, and the situation is not optimistic. At present, it has entered the autumn and winter tourism season, with a large number of vehicles, heavy and stressful epidemic prevention and control tasks. All levels and departments should tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, unify their thinking, act quickly, objectively judge the situation, investigate and solve problems, consolidate responsibilities, make up for shortcomings, and make every effort to protect the pure land of one side and maintain the tranquility of one side. The meeting stressed: First, the thinking must be tightened. All levels of the county must improve their positions, unswervingly implement the arrangements and deployments of the central, provincial, state and county party committees and governments, see clearly the weaknesses of the shortcomings, find out where the wind comes from, where the dangers arise", clarify "what are the measures to prevent, what numbers to control", so that they have a clear idea, have a strong foot, resolutely cut off the epidemic input channels, and fully protect the health and life safety of the people in the county. Second, we must act faster. Personnel investigation must not be leaked, we must carry out a comprehensive survey of people who come to the county in medium- and high-risk areas, those who have a history of living in relevant areas, and those who have gone out to work and return to the county after study, accurately manage the source of epidemic prevention and control, and resolutely ensure that no one is missed. Third, the requirements should be strict. Normal prevention and control must not be relaxed, in accordance with the requirements of the provincial and state emergency response headquarters for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, strengthen the control of epidemic prevention card points, major activities such as various conferences, exhibitions, festivals, events, and key links such as farmers' markets, supermarkets, and catering venues. At the same time, we will steadily and orderly promote the vaccination of the new crown virus and the influenza vaccination in autumn and winter, so as to achieve "joint prevention of multiple diseases". Fourth, accountability should be hardened, discipline requirements must not be soft, we must seriously enforce the discipline requirements during the epidemic prevention and control period, carry forward the spirit of continuous combat, resolutely achieve the responsibility of defending the soil, fulfill the responsibility of defending the soil, and seriously pursue responsibility and accountability for the poor implementation of work in key areas and key places. Fifth, the preparations must be solid, emergency preparations must not be vain, and masks, disinfectants, medicines and other commonly used epidemic prevention materials and materials needed for normal life must be prepared. Strengthen the construction of nucleic acid sampling and testing teams, scientifically deploy sampling points, standardize sampling processes, and meet testing needs. Further standardize the setting of isolation points, prepare sufficient isolation rooms, and ensure that logistics support is strong and orderly.
