Whenever dusk alternates with night, if you walk into the theater, you will witness the most enchanting moment of the NCPA. Nearly 100 meters of underwater corridor, the lights and waves reflect each other, as if a real and illusory "water world". Passing by, the eyes suddenly opened up: overhead, the huge dome of brazilian mahogany structure outlined a beautiful arc; under the feet, the "splendid earth" of ten kinds of stone and 24 large areas was laid with a layer of colorful background colors; the spotlight of the dome, the snake-shaped lamp of the petal hall, the mushroom lamp of the café... Located in the West Exhibition Hall of the North Underwater Corridor, there is a "Grand Theatre Original and Production Repertoire Exhibition" all year round, which condenses and presents the essence of nearly 50 "NCPA productions" in the past seven years, with great capacity and high popularity. Miniature stage models, realistic scene reproductions, exquisite costume props...

The East Exhibition Hall opposite is more like a mobile art museum, with 12 high-level curatorial exhibitions per year, covering sculpture, oil painting, calligraphy, design and many other fields.

Many people will not think that the "Aida" warship built according to the real scene of the stage in the public space is actually a unique exhibition space. This 16-meter-long, 13-meter-high behemoth can be said to have a unique hole in the inside, and the models, manuscripts, props and design drafts of the opera "Aida" in the Grand Theater are "hidden" in it, and people have a little fun in the exhibition at the same time.

Almost every evening, performances in public spaces outside the theater meet the audience on time. Or the antique folk music quartet, or the delicate and elegant string quartet, or the flowing piano solo, or the passionate small chorus, a small program of about 45 minutes, which has become the most enjoyed "appetizer" for the audience before entering the theater. From the bright and romantic "Mozart Sonata" to the majestic and tragic "Beethoven Symphonic Poem", from Chopin's poetic and solemn "Piano Concerto" to the enthusiastic and cheerful "Matador Song" of Bizet, the artist plays enthusiastically and attentively, and the audience is also intoxicated and fascinated.

After a light meal, the audience can also take a leisurely stroll in the "Art Gallery" of the Grand Theater and carefully select various art works to take home.

The "souvenir shops" are dazzling. More than 100 kinds of original design crafts, or draw inspiration from theater architecture, or extract ideas from art performances, all contain unique artistic elements. Walking into the "Music Audiovisual Center", a dazzling "record wall" jumps into view. It contains more than 1,000 kinds of records from the world's top masters, which can be called the "record paradise" of enthusiasts. The "Art Bookstore" on the side displays various books such as songs, music, dance, drama, and drama.
