The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to strictly implement the decision-making arrangements and work requirements of the central provinces and municipalities on stopping the "non-farming" of cultivated land and preventing the "non-grainization" of cultivated land, and continue to do a good job in rectifying wasteland. Vigorously promote the development of idle winter fields (soil), rationally arrange the two-season field, expand the area of small spring potatoes, rapeseed, green manure, and beans, ensure the implementation of the task of expanding the cultivation of rapeseed, and strive to increase the supply of important agricultural products such as rapeseed; comprehensively implement the standardized restructuring of dryland, do a good job of connecting small spring and large spring stubble, sow enough small spring sowing, and leave enough large spring reserved lines to prevent squeezing big spring in small spring or squeezing small spring with big spring, so as to maximize the output of cultivated land; make full use of young orchards, dry land reserved rows, idle land, back ridges, soil edges, and land corners Vegetables, green manure, feed increased inter-cropping, and further tapped the potential of small spring crops to increase production and income.
