Most people in Xi'an know that there is a famous restaurant in Huimin Street, called "Xi'an Jiasan Halal Soup Bun Restaurant", and the sign of this shop is an inscription given by the famous calligrapher Mr. Qi Gong. An "essay on asking for words" circulated by insiders shows Mr. Qi's character.
At that time, there was an endless stream of people asking for Mr. Qigong's inscription. Mr. Qi Gong was able to hand over a small note and gladly pick up the pen, which shows Mr. Qi's attention and favor for the national boutique time-honored brand.

When the inscription was written, Mr. Qi Gong slightly changed the order, the original content was "Xi'an Halal Jia San Guan Tang Bun Hall", which was changed to "Xi'an Jia San Halal Soup Bun Hall", which was more in line with the connotation and extension of the name.
