The announcement shows that Zhao Yang's behavior violated the provisions of the Alibaba Employee Discipline System, and he was dismissed and punished with never hiring.

The registered capital of Yuanqi Culture is 10 million yuan, and Zhao Yang holds 70% of the shares.
