Recently, the "Qingdao Municipal Land and Spatial Master Plan (2021-2035)" was published for public comment, hereinafter referred to as the Draft Qingdao General Regulations, and the public was widely consulted.
It is reported that the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning has received a total of 70 opinions and suggestions from all walks of life, mainly involving the nature and development goals of the city, spatial structure, spatial layout and land use, public service facilities, comprehensive transportation, text expression, etc., which have been sorted out and studied one by one.
In the next step, the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning will revise and improve the "Qingdao General Plan" in combination with the public collection of opinions, further enhance the openness and transparency of the planning, improve public participation, promote scientific and democratic decision-making, continue to pay attention to the opinions and suggestions of the public and the public on the preparation of the city's land and spatial planning, and strive to complete the delineation of the "three districts and three lines" and the official results of the general plan before the end of the year, and submit it for approval according to the procedure next year.
