People born on the seashore naturally have the pleasure of eating fresh seafood, and it is the harvest season of fresh wild shrimp in the same year. Buy it for dozens of pounds and put it in a sealed box and put it into freezing, you can eat the sea shrimp with confidence throughout the winter. Of course, we also have to take advantage of the fresh changes to enjoy the unique freshness.
Two or three things to say:
Preservation of shrimp:
The common sea shrimp preservation is the water seal freezing method, or the sea shrimp is directly frozen first, and then watered for secondary freezing. Or put the shrimp in a water bottle and freeze it with water. And I prefer to put the shrimp directly into the TBH freezer box for preservation, one is that the good sealing can maintain the freshness of the shrimp, and the other is that when eating, it can be easily separated and taken according to the appropriate amount.

Peel the shrimp first and leave the shrimp. If the shrimp is larger, it can also be opened. Remember not to throw away shrimp heads. The shrimp oil made from shrimp heads can make more nutritious and delicious dishes. In a later recipe, I will introduce it to you.
Preheat a little olive oil in a frying pan, fry the shrimp over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, add a little butter Titian (this step can also be omitted), then sprinkle with salt and black pepper to serve. Enjoy the simplest delicacies.
