Originally planned to carry my husband upstairs, or I and him to carry up, did not expect the crib to be heavier than expected, we live on the fourth floor, there is no elevator, considering the safety of me and the baby, or pay the driver master and husband to carry up together.

It was difficult to lift the bed to the door, but found that it was wider than the door frame, and how to change the angle could not enter the door, either to remove the door or to dismantle the bed - of course, it was convenient to dismantle the bed. I went downstairs to the neighbor's house to borrow a hexagonal screw, and my husband removed the screws on the bed one by one, and only the last two could finally be carried in.

In fact, we were in a bit of a hurry to go out, but the small bed came in the door, and my husband and I didn't want to wait for a minute, and we wanted to assemble it immediately, probably the kind of expectation that wanted to see the complete small bed appear in our house driving us.

Dismantling the cot is enough for one person, assembling the cot requires the cooperation of two people, one person twisting the screws, and one person helping to align. He screwed one screw, and I handed him another one, with tacit understanding.

Aside from going to the obstetric check-up, this is the first time we've done something for our baby together. In the process of assembling the cot, our future life is gradually clear: the baby will come home from the hospital and will sleep in this small bed, making a uniform breathing sound; we will pick him up from the small bed, feed him, bathe, dress... In the winter, we can push the cot on the balcony to give the baby a sun to supplement calcium. There are pictures of babies, and they all seem to have their own soft light.

This is the second baby gift we received, the first was the baby bottle that my friend Xiaobai gave me when I was not long pregnant, and the second was this crib. When I received the bottle, I had just confirmed my pregnancy, and it was still half a year before I used it, and the link between me and the baby was not strong. No other baby products have been added to the home so far, and we do not have a specific picture of family life after having children. At this moment, the huge crib is placed in the bedroom, the sense of existence is very strong, I seem to have seen the child sleeping in it, turning over, laughing, injecting new energy into our lives.

There are still four months before the baby is born, and before that, the cot is used to put clothes, how practical! By June, we need to purchase everything that he or she and I will use after the baby is born, and who knows if he will suddenly report it one day? When your baby is older, he will have to buy his favorite toys. It is expected that the home will no longer be as clean and tidy as before, after all, there is one more population, and there are too many things to buy!

About clothes

In the evening, my husband and I passed by the "child king" and saw a lot of sets of small clothes, beautiful or handsome, and the price was not cheap at a glance. Married and fertile friends like to joke about their babies as "four-legged gold-devouring beasts" because there are so many places to spend money for them! My husband and I are an affordable route, can save the province, the flower is spent, we agree: clothes do not have to buy too expensive. Children grow up fast, prepare two sets of good clothes to go out as guests to wear, other clothes are comfortable and clean, and the old clothes sent by friends are also very good, comfortable and save money.

About toys

Little boys seem to like toy cars very much, and Xiao Bai's son likes to collect various types of cars, as do his cousin's two sons. The things that little girls like are more diverse. Not sure what our kids will love? Like many parents around us, we will try our best to meet his needs, but we will not buy him or her too much.

My personal experience is that toys are important to children, children need toys, but for them anything can be a toy, not necessarily very luxurious and exquisite, it is best for the child to discover its own various ways of playing toys, I call it "a variety of possible toys" or "open toys".
