1. Hue color

2. Specifications and models

The specifications and models of the plastic pallet should conform to the purchase specifications, and the reason for the deviation can be accepted within the scope. The specifications of the pallet can be accurately measured by itself with a tape measure to check whether there is a reason for deviation.

3. Pallet net weight

In the case of the same raw material, the heavier the pallet, the more raw materials are applied. If there are too few reasons for the deviation of the net weight of the pallet, the interest of the purchaser is not good. When you inspect, you don't have to forget to weigh the tray and check whether it is within the error range, in case there is a problem in the after-sales service behind.

For performance indicators, plastic pallet manufacturers will generally find inspection organizations to carry out product testing. When we accept the project, we can also carry out testing according to our own conditions. For example, the static load test capacity of the pallet is related to the net weight of the goods that can be stacked on the flat ground; the load capacity of the pallet is related to the net weight of the goods that can be stacked when it is transported by capital turnover; the stacking test focuses on proposing the ability of the pallet to install the goods; the angle drop test, which proposes the tolerance of the pallet for violent behavior; the uniform load compressive strength test, which is to test the curvature of the application of the pallet storage shelf.

Static load test detection

2. Load detection
