This is a very rare oolong tea with a natural milk flavor in the tea world. With its light and charming milk aroma and mellow and smooth taste, Jinxuan tea is deeply loved by the majority of tea friends, especially female tea friends and young tea friends.

Jinxuan tea tree is the father of Taiwan tea Wu Zhenduo with hard branch red heart as the father, Tainong No. 8 as the mother, artificially cultivated varieties, formerly known as Taiwan tea No. 12, also known as 27 Tsai. The name Jin Xuan is named after Wu Zhenduo after his grandmother, which is a deep miss for his grandmother.

The top Jinxuan tea mainly comes from the Alishan Tea District in Taiwan, and is best tasted with a light milk aroma.

At present, the main production area of Jinxuan tea is In Chiayi and Nantou Counties in Taiwan, and it is also planted in Fujian and Guangdong. Among them, the top Jinxuan tea mainly comes from Taiwan Alishan Tea District, which is usually known as Taiwan Alishan Jinxuan Tea. Located between 1000 and 1600 meters in Alishan, Jinxuan Tea Garden has a natural environment of high altitude, low temperature, perennial fog shrouded and extremely suitable for tea growth, and the tea leaves picked by Jinxuan tea trees in the garden have excellent quality. The process of light fermentation and light baking, so that Jinxuan tea retains the high cold mountain atmosphere, rigorous ancient hand-cultivation process, so that Jinxuan tea has a unique natural milk fragrance and osmanthus aroma, of which the light milk fragrance is the highest quality, some of the top tea milk fragrance will also be accompanied by a light floral fragrance or peach fragrance.

Jinxuan tea is rich in vitamins, catechins, amino acids, tea polyphenols, tannic acid and other nutrients. It can also be brewed in hot water, especially for people with a cold constitution, it is best to brew with hot water. Cold water brewing method is simple, put about 2000ml of cold boiled water (mineral water) in a container, pour about 30g of Jinxuan tea, put it in the refrigerator for about 5 hours, and then drink. In the summer, it is especially important to pay attention to whether it is during the tea brewing period or storing unfinished tea, it must be refrigerated in the refrigerator so as not to affect the taste and health.

Brewed in a porcelain lid bowl, it can enhance the milky flavor of Jinxuan tea.

If jinxuan tea is brewed in hot water, it is best to brew it in a porcelain lid bowl with a capacity of 150 ml, which can enhance the milky charm of Jinxuan. The amount of tea is placed according to personal taste habits, generally 8-12 grams, washed first and then brewed. Here to explain a point, Taiwan Alishan Jinxuan tea has low water content and high foaming coefficient, and 10 grams of Jinxuan tea is equivalent to about 15 grams of ordinary oolong tea. When pouring water, pay attention to boiling water along the wall of the bowl, the amount of water accounts for about 3/4 of the teacup. After each brew, you can lift the porcelain bowl lid and smell it, and the milk is fragrant. The first soak out of the water for about 3 seconds, at this time the milk fragrance is light and fresh, the 2nd and 3rd bubbles, each bubble can be increased by 5 seconds, and the time is appropriately extended after the 4th bubble.

Pure and high-quality Jinxuan tea can still smell a faint milk aroma after brewing on the bottom.

It is worth mentioning that there is currently Jinxuan tea with added flavor on the market, the milk flavor is strong but the tea quality is inferior, and it is often difficult for new tea friends to distinguish. Here is a relatively simple way to tell whether Jinxuan tea has added flavor. First of all, before brewing tea, you must smell dry tea, Jinxuan's dry tea basically has no milk aroma, only after brewing will emit a faint milk aroma from the inside out. Those who can smell a stronger milk flavor before brewing are likely to have added flavors. In addition, the milk aroma of Jinxuan tea is mainly volatilized into the air, although the tea soup has a milk aroma, but it is generally more elegant, and the bottom of the leaf after the top jinxuan tea has been brewed will still retain the milk aroma.
