Since I came to Work at Chuxiong Cigarette Factory in 1993, I have secretly resolved to be a "Huatuo" of the equipment in the re-baking workshop of Chuxiong Cigarette Factory.
For 28 years, I have been wrestling with equipment every day, not only figuring out the "temperament" of various machines, but also skillfully driving them.
Everyone said I was the hardest person to find in the re-baking workshop. Why is everyone looking for me? Because people think that finding me, all the problems are no longer problems.
This has to start from my work experience, since entering the site, I have worked as a repairman, production operation leader, machine repair operation chief, whether it is production, process, quality, equipment, safety and other aspects, I know every aspect; every bolt on the equipment, every parameter I am like a family treasure.
But I was the hardest person to find, because I was always not at the workstation, not in the workshop to see the equipment, or to adjust the equipment, if not, it was on the way to inspect the equipment; I often went in and out of the workshop where the noise was loud and dusty, the location was relatively biased, and the phone could not be heard.
People also said that I fought hard. I remember one night in March 2016, I organized 9 repairmen to repair the broken shaft of the feeder, and the repair work lasted from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning. I let the 9 repairmen go home to rest, because I was worried about the unbalanced force on the new shaft, after going to the canteen for breakfast, I returned to the workshop and continued to observe the working state of the feeder, from 6:40 to 10 o'clock, after 3 batches of production, the shaft ran very smoothly, and I put my mind at ease.
You know, before that, in order to repair me, I have not closed my eyes for 27 consecutive hours, but I do not feel tired at all, and I look at the continuous and stable operation of the feeder, and my heart is at ease.
In 27 hours, I went from worrying about whether the feeder could stick to the end of production, to the anxiety of whether the maintenance could be completed on schedule, to the race against the clock in the maintenance process, to the worry after the repair and the joy after the equipment ran smoothly. All the efforts and persistence, just for the final breakthrough of the difficulty of the hearty.
In our Chuxiong Cigarette Factory, there are many such firm people, enterprising people, and fighters who are doing their best to do their jobs well, and it is precisely because there are many such party member models who are fighting in the front line that infect me and make me more motivated. It is precisely because of the many party members who are fighting in the front line regardless of gains and losses that they are pushing the enterprise forward.
