On October 26, 2021, China Health Care successfully promoted the transformation and development of the "People's Bank of China Heihe Financial Hotel" training and recuperation institution of party and government organs to develop the healthy pension project "China Health Care, Yuntai Lanxi Travel Base" (hereinafter referred to as "Lanxi Travel Base") officially opened. Relevant leaders of China Chengtong, China Health Care, Heihe City, Heihe Branch of the People's Bank of China and Yuntai Health Care Company attended the opening ceremony and cut the ribbon.

Lanxi Travel Base and the "China Kangyang Yuntai Shanshui Travel Base" (hereinafter referred to as "Shanshui Travel Base"), which was opened and operated earlier, are located in Heihe City, the northern border of China, and the original superior supervisory unit is the People's Bank of China. Due to historical reasons, assets have been idle for a long time before the transfer, the facilities are seriously old, and there are still problems such as the dual use of assets, commercial and residential use, and the difficulty of coordinating the relationship between residents.

After the transfer of assets, China Health Care resolutely implemented the major deployment of the Party Central Committee on the reform of training and treatment assets, carried forward the excellent style of "bravely picking up thousands of pounds and daring to gnaw hard bones", dared to innovate in its work, and comprehensively carried out investigation and research. Through a number of business thematic demonstrations such as professional design and transformation of aging, operation management, etc., the comprehensive analysis of geographical location, natural and cultural environment, and characteristic tourism resources has fully tapped the value and potential of the transferred assets, and the two projects have been clearly identified as inclusive sojourn pension projects. On this basis, China Health Care coordinated the allocation of high-quality resources in the whole society, and finally decided to cooperate with Yuntai Health Care Company. From the beginning of April to the end of October 2021, in less than half a year, the two residence bases have completed the design, transformation and construction work, in addition to the impact of the epidemic, the normal operation occupancy rate of the Shanshuijian Travel Base can basically maintain 100% level, and the construction area of the two projects is nearly 6,000 square meters, which will be able to provide 200 pension beds.

The rapid and smooth landing and operation of the Lanxi and Shanshui Inter-Shanshui Travel Base Project in Heihe City marks that China Health Care has carried out useful exploration in the reform of "small scattered differences" cultivation assets and the transformation of inclusive old-age care in remote areas, and has accumulated successful experience for the next step of comprehensively accepting the training and treatment reform assets of party and government organs and state-owned enterprises and institutions.
