Liu Ye was once trembling because he was a descendant of the Han Dynasty, and did not take the initiative to make friends, but in fact, Liu Ye's loss, in the author's opinion, is not rooted in his special identity, but because of his inappropriate words and deeds. The Romance of the Three Kingdoms compares Cheng Yu, Guo Jia, Dong Zhao, Liu Ye, Jiang Ji, and Xun You, saying that the former "Qing Zhi Deye is different from Xun You, and the preparation is expected to be Qilun Ye". Different from history, the image of Liu Ye in the novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" is generally good.
