On October 27, our hospital held a meeting to promote the review of the necessity of detention, and Sun Ting, director of the Seventh Procuratorial Department of the Suihua Municipal People's Procuratorate, and three people came to our hospital to guide the work, and the staff of the criminal inspection department of our hospital participated in the meeting. At the meeting, Li Changsheng, director of the First Procuratorial Department of our hospital, reported on the recent review of the necessity of detention in our hospital. After listening to the report, the leaders of the Municipal People's Court inquired one by one about the cases involving the review of the necessity of detention in our hospital, and put forward guidance suggestions. The participants expressed their views on the review system of the necessity of detention from the perspective of law, society, and criminal suspects, and put forward their own views on how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of criminal suspects. Through this meeting, we have provided direction for our hospital to further carry out the review of the necessity of detention.
