Baoyin Deliger, instructor of the Chaoge Wendur Town Police Station of the Urat Houqi Public Security Bureau in Bayannaoer City, was awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Whole Country", and is the only police officer in the autonomous region's public security system to receive this honor.
