Among the herdsmen of Urat Houqi in Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, there is a saying: "No matter how vast the grassland is, as long as you need help, Baoyin will come to you." ”

Baoyin Deliger is an instructor at the Chaoge Wendur Town Police Station of the Houqi Public Security Bureau of Urart and a senior police chief of the fourth level, and in the past 24 years since he joined the police, his footprints have traveled all over the land under his jurisdiction, and his deeds have spread throughout the vast grassland.

"The herders have nurturing grace for me, and they are all my relatives"

Baoyin Deliger grew up in a herdsman family, from a poor family, his father died prematurely due to illness, and his mother pulled 8 children alone. He said, "I grew up with the help of my neighbors and the food of a hundred families, and the herdsmen in my hometown have nurtured me and are all my relatives." ”

From the beginning of becoming a people's policeman, he made up his mind to spend his life guarding the tranquility of the grasslands and herders.

Since the police, Baoyin Deliger has mediated 583 cases, investigated and dealt with 165 public security cases, cracked 6 criminal cases, arrested 3 online fugitives, and achieved zero preventable cases in the jurisdiction.

In the early years, postal logistics in pastoral areas were backward and communication was not convenient. In order to let the herdsmen read the newspapers and understand the national policies, Baoyin Deliger took the initiative to contact newspapers and post offices to subscribe to the newspapers and periodicals for free for the herders; when visiting the herdsmen, helping the masses to send money, collect newspapers and magazines, and buy medicines also became his "duty". "Later, many herders used mobile phones, and most of the areas were also connected to the signal." In order to better serve the masses, Baoyin Deliger has set up more than 30 WeChat groups to facilitate herders to contact him in time.

In the hearts of the herders, Baoyin Deliger is a good policeman, while the herdsman is a "savior" in his heart. Baoyin Deliger recalled: "One early winter, just after the snow, I rode a motorcycle down the pastoral area, and when I crossed a barren mountain, the car suddenly burst the tire, and even people flew out with the car, and I fainted at that time. When he woke up, there was no one around. He got up to look at the motorcycle and found that he could no longer ride it. I had to grope all the way forward, and it took a day to find a grazing spot. "Without the help of the herders, my life would have remained on that barren mountain."

"How much dirt there is under your feet, how much truth will be precipitated in your heart"

The area of responsibility under the jurisdiction of Baoyin Deliger is sparsely populated, inaccessible and dispersed, with 917 pastoralists scattered on the vast Gobi of 1672 square kilometers, each family at least 5 kilometers apart, and the furthest herdsmen are 130 kilometers away from his police station.

In the autumn of 1998, Baoyin Deliger, who had just been in the police for more than a year, was lost in a sandstorm on his way to the countryside and entered the house, "At that time, the visibility was very low, I could not distinguish the direction, and I was lost in the wilderness for nearly two days." ”

The experience of getting lost made Baoyin Drigel understand that he must find a way to familiarize himself with the jurisdiction as soon as possible, so he began to draw a contact "map" of the jurisdiction. Without advanced cartographic tools, he took the stupid method, and whenever he went to a herdsman's home, he wrote down the general direction on the notebook he carried with him, and drew a map of the herders' residence on both sides with the road as the main trunk. It took him nearly 10 years to finally paint a "Baoyin Map". This is a large map covering 1672 square kilometers of The Gobi Grassland, which has now been entered into the Bayannaoer City Policing Platform and has become an important reference for police information and population management services.

Motorcycles, maps, pants, mobile phones, this is The "temporary police room" of Baoyin Deliger. For decades, he insisted on going deep into the jurisdiction for more than 20 days a month, riding 8 motorcycles successively, and traveling an average of more than 60,000 kilometers a year.

In Baoyin Deliger's own words, "How much dirt there is under your feet, how much truth will precipitate in your heart!" For more than 20 years from the police, he has visited nearly 300,000 herders and recorded more than 50 diary of people's feelings, which everyone calls him a "living file".

"I will continue to do my job and serve the local people"

"The herders can't do without me, and I can't do without the herders," Baoyin Drigel said of his relationship with the local herders. Since the police, Baoyin Deliger has funded more than 50 poor herders and widows and the elderly, with a cumulative amount of more than 300,000 yuan.

In 2017, Baoyin Deliger organized the establishment of the "Urat Houqi Baoyin Volunteer Service Association" to provide assistance to the needy groups.

Baoyin Drigel has a pair of "children" who are not related by blood. Gan's son is named Tongtong, the biological father suffers from lumbar disc herniation, can not do heavy work, the mother has mental illness. A few years ago, Baoyin Drigel discovered this situation when he entered the house, so he took Tongtong home, contacted the school for him, and paid for his study. Gan's daughter is named Fengfeng, and her birth mother has intellectual disabilities, and Baoyin Deliger decided to fund Fengfeng's life and study through the association until Fengfeng graduated from university.

On December 19, 2018, the movie "Film Police Baoyin", based on the deeds of Baoyin Deliger, was released nationwide, and his deeds were well known to more people. He has successively won the honors of "National Public Security System First-class Heroic Model" and "National Outstanding Communist Party Member", and whenever he talks about this, Baoyin Deliger always smiles and says: "In fact, I just did what I should do, and in the future I will continue to do my job well and serve the local people." ”
